Radiation... exposure...? Let me guess, you're also someone who think being in nature and in the sun is amazing. Well newsflash, the sun is a giant nuclear reactor and you're getting bombarded with radiation. When bluetooth headphones starts to burn your skin from radiation, then come back to me.
@@flyingwambulance For a whole host of reasons we know that the sun is not a nuclear reactor but rather a plasma ball. A great introduction to this is a UA-cam entitled “Exposing the myths of ‘settled science’” by David Talbott.
@@flyingwambulancethere are many different forms of ‘radiation’. Some harmful, many not harmful. Some are safe below certain exposure and strength. The visible light spectrum is radiation and will not harm you at all, and in fact has health benefits as well as allowing you to see.
They give me a headache. Same if I take a call for over 10 mins on my mobile. I'm really not a fan. I stick to wired headphones and loud speaker for calls. The heat definitely effects me, we're all different and I'm going to listen to my body.
I would suggest to make a test. Ask someone to have three headphones for you so that you cannot distinguish among them, 1 of the 3 is Bluetooth. Make sure you don't see them, and perform the test of these headphones. When you can't distinguish between the headphones, you will know if the Bluetooth headphones are the culprit or it is your psychological thing.

Yes the surgeon is being wrong here, not taking everything into account - there is non-thermal non-ionizing effects via EMF affected calcium channels or other ion channels and possibly effects via radical pairs (flipping the electron spins in radical pairs - similar to the mechanism birds use for their geomagnetism sensing, these radical pair changes from triplet to singlet, or vice versa, also happen across the human tissues) that can affect nervous system, immune system, cause inflammation etc.
I have not listened to this snippet... but when I started wearing bluetooth headphones I got headaches (which is very unusual for me) and had diffulties falling asleep (which is so not me). I gave them 4 days... everyday the same symptoms reappeared. I send them back - the headache and sleep issues disappeared instantly. I'm sticking to the wired earphones for now.
I use Bluetooth headphones for about 6 hours a day 5 days a week and have done so for nearly 5 years. I have noticed no negative effects. I sure do learn a lot though.
I was a truck driver for 7 years and wore bose noise cancelling Bluetooth headphones for about 8-10 hours a day and didn't notice anything negative. Maybe there were some side effects but I couldn't tell you
Still, there is non-thermal non-ionizing effects via EMF affected calcium channels or other ion channels and possibly effects via radical pairs (flipping the electron spins in radical pairs - similar to the mechanism birds use for their geomagnetism sensing, these radical pair changes from triplet to singlet, or vice versa, also happen across the human tissues) that can affect nervous system, immune system, cause inflammation etc. These effects have been confirmed in living tissues by EMF.
At the equivalent energy levels to AirPods on your head? If you are correct but the energy levels that effected living tissue is much higher then might not be relevant.
@@nathanl2966 I wouldn’t rule it out either. And what about plants and animals? Does it affect them? We do have a terrible tendency to implement things before we understand the effects. The food and pharmaceutical industry are infamous for this.
@@insanity4224the mechanism mentioned above can sense the earth magnetic field, which is extremely weak. So the guy‘s argument with energy levels involved does not fly at all, it’s actually the weakest fields that produce these outcomes at quantum levels. Check out some videos of the Guy Foundation (there’s a channel here on UA-cam) if you are interested in quantum effects in biological systems…
My 11 year old started using headphones. After a month he started getting cluster headache, even in sleep. Took him to optician, no issues. Took him to emergency, multiple scans could not find anything. One day my wife tells him to stop using the headphones and the headache disappeared within a couple of days.
Questions: 1: Headphones or earbuds? The weight and pressure of “pinch” of headphones could potentially cause headache if they are not a good fit. 2: How loud was he listening? High SPL levels for extended periods can cause headache, I’m not saying we can’t rule out him being sensitive to EMF, but there are other more likely variables to rule out first.
I used to constantly get migraines and headaches due to all the constant noises in the workplace. This was due to my Autism and ADHD and the boise caused me so much stress. My work agreed for me to wear noise cancelling earphones. Since using these, I've not had any migraines or headaches.
The people who use bluetooth headphones will believe him without question. The people who dont use bluetooth headphones or stopped using bluetooth headphones will not believe a single word he says.
and people who think critically and analyze available data and research on this topic, as well as use the fundamental basics of human biology, physics, etc. (which every sane person should have), will not "believe" anyone or anything, but form their own informed conclusions.
one might say that it is just headphones in general, though. If you model the electro magnetic fields surrounding wired headphones: they are comprable.
@@blackout2430 Don't wear them. I've tried about 5-6 different pairs, different brands, different designs, and each time I get headaches. Not when the headphones are on, but only after the bluetooth setting is activated. It's causal. It's real. Many others here are experiencing the same thing. If it's perceived by as many as there are in this chat, it means there is something real to it, and therefore it must also be affecting you, just maybe not on a level that you are able to perceive it so clearly.
I saw a person measuring the EMF at a microwave door and compared that to ear buds. The ear buds gave off about one third of the amount of the microwave so it was higher than I would expect, but not crazy. However, people wear buds for hours each day and I can't believe that prolonged low exposure is good for you.
I luv Huberman. But just because his guest has impressive credentials doesn’t mean he’s aware of the vast amount of papers and independent studies showing negative impacts of certain forms of EMFs. Most people don’t want to deal with the potential lifestyle disruption and inconvenience of reducing EMF exposure.
What about noise cancelling? I am a former airline pilot. After three weeks of using a noise cancelling aviation headset I had a stroke which briefly paralyzed my left leg. I was barred from flying for a year thereafter. After a full recovery I started flying again and aftera few months decided to use the same noise cancelling headset again. I used the headset twice and then had another stroke, exactly the same as the first one! I have spoken to at least twenty neurologists who absolutely deny any possible connection. Well, I‘m now forbidden from flying and have not used noise cancelling since. It has been 10 years and I have had no further neurological problems. Does anyone have any thoughts on this?
Well i have notice some effects on me since i started wearing headphones with noise cancelling but I’m guessing Bluetooth in general isn’t getting me younger either, and i believe medical « experts » are not saints or gods they can be wrong so can everybody so i like to say trust your instinct and your body… i would be more on the side that our bodies are meant more for an organic connection than an artificial / technological one and in my eyes everything is connected through frequencies - we all give away and take energy so…. Why can’t a man made product Also i think Nikola Tesla said to understand how the universe works think in frequencies or something like that… that quite speaks to me, but that’s me. For me a professional saying he « denies any possible connection » would make me question a lot of things from a scientific standpoint point he should have said « with the information we gathered, we believe that… » science should be about knowledge we believe to have obtained not act like omniscient gods, we are becoming too certain with everything… its a dangerous path in my opinion. Glad you dont have any issues anymore… I saw a long time ago a document saying you can live longer when you are in like a sort of house-faraday cage, it was in concrete it explained that it made a shield to electromagnetic and thus people were ageing less fast… i believe there is some truth to this as i tested this with an old trick by placing one banana in a metallic bowl that could be used like a faraday cage and another banana from the same pack of bananas to make the comparison fair and the banana in the faraday cage lasted me at least 3-4 weeks longer before any sign of black bruises.
Noise canceling headphones use microphones to pick up the frequencies of surrounding noise, then they play noise via speakers into your ears that cancel out those noise frequencies. It doesn't have anything to do with EMF radiation and the since the physical sound waves produced cancel out with the surrounding ambient noise, it actually decreases the vibrations into your skull through the ear canal. I would be more suspect of the physical design of the headphones in relation to your own unique anatomy. Industrial headphones often have a much stronger spring mechanism to keep them on you head and have large ear cups. The carotid and vertebral arteries, and the jugular vein are vascular structures that could have been compressed by those headphones if they're pressing on just the right area.
I wish more people would use headphones more often. The amount of people out there that think its ok to sit in public watching utube or Instagram or what ever while using the phones Speaker is out of control.
I don't think it's that kind of conversation. BTW...Google Scholar. Find them yourself - specialised knowledge has never been so accessible in all of human history 😊
Exactly. This guest is very disappointing. Doesn’t strike me as a deep thinker at all, just “well I’ve never heard of it being a problem therefore it’s not” type of guy.
Even Apple in their user agreement in the Iphone tells the user that it doesn't recommend holding the device to the head for prolonged periods. I also would like to see this investigated properly with an independent expert.
Look up the Environmental Health Trust. They are a massive organization that has had sweeping laws changed in europe about emf radiation danger specifically in schools using wifi and having cell towers near schools. Go get educated there along with there hundreds of doctors and scientists blowing the whistle.
More to the point, EM radiation depends on the mode of operation of any wireless device: is it mainly receiving a signal (as when listening to music - so the signal is passive, coming from the phone) or is it transmitting a signal (as when talking on the phone - so the signal goes both ways simultaneously).
On every cell phone, there’s a warning which states the device must be 5 inches away from the ear. Every phone. When the manufacturer themselves tell you that, a brain surgeon’s personal guess and assumptions mean nothing.
It's to prevent being sued, mainly. The current research doesn't seem to indicate harmful effects at the power levels that modern cell phones use. Bluetooth is even lower than that.
So someone says it’s too low to be a problem. That’s not science. What studies have been done and what data was recorded? Does sensitivity vary from person to person? Is this man being paid by Bluetooth headphone manufacturers? Come on Andrew you’re usually hot on this stuff!
So a BT headphone's energy level is a few milliwatts. Just to compare: When the coverage is weak and your phone is on your ear, the energy levels are around 2 watts! So it's around a thousand times more energy. The Sun radiates around 250W to 1 square meter, on a terahertz frequency, which is also a thousand times higher than what the BT uses. The Sun has such high energy level that can tear an electron from an atom. The risk of using a BT headphone is literally 0.
@@waccamar2.4ghz is tens of milliwatts. It is also the perfect frequency for resonating and heating water which is a factor multiplier. Being so close is also significant as signal strength drops quite fast with distance. I also want data and not guess work. The signal also has to be above the background noise floor or the devices would not work. Ionising radiation clearly damages rather quickly but that isn't saying much.
the 'pro' air pods have a silicone filler to seal off the ear, making the noise cancelling work better. this increases the pressure in your ear, and make a bit more discomfort, such as heat, over time. The 'regular' air pods 3 or 4 don't have the silicone bit that seals and can build pressure in the ear more, and so those non-pro models allow some airflow in the ear, and are just smaller and less noticeable in the ear.
Nah, the guy is not an expert it seems. They only talk about thermal or ionizing effects, which surely don't happen or are not a problem here.
@@musaire yes, some of the kids that use these AirPods non stop, are experiencing auditory hallucinations and vitamin A deregulation along with damage to the melanin in the cochlea.
@@TheSSEssesse true. Then the question becomes, do AirPods emit a greater amplitude than the native emf (s) that we are evolved to? My guess would be that the batteries in the AirPods greatly exceed the amplitude of native emf.

I would be very interested to see further information on augmented cranial pressure due to magnetic fields! Especially if someone wanted to map the interplay of multiple fields. For instance: I've noted with my bluetooth headphones: significant pressure when passing under certain electronic equiptment during my morning commute, as well as on a wall of my living space with kitchen appliances all along the other side. The effects are noticable when passing through these spaces, or sitting near them while wearing my headphones. I don't have a background in the physics behind electric and megnetic fields: however:: if we follow the understanding of repulsing fields working as a magnifier of field strength in the areas of intersection (as a steel wall or barrier does). From what I understand this causes pressure to any object entering a field: but especially if they are within a space where fields are redirected or reinforced ((such as your brain between two charged headphones passing through a secondary field). To my knowledge: this causes blood vessel dialation, augmented cranial pressure, as well as cranial edema concretely: but perhaps other effects in signaling changes and atrophy to the immediate areas such as inner and middle ears). I'm very interested in hearing what the experts are saying! This subject is at the crossroads of disciplines: so ofcourse it's difficult for an outsider like me to find ressources. Thank you in advance! Can't wait!
This episode couldn't have come at a better time-I just ordered my wired earphones today. I'll enjoy listening to Hernan Cattaneo on my Apple AirPods during my morning workouts, confident that the EMF exposure isn't harmful. Many thanks for the invaluable content, as always!
It would be interesting to research the impact on hearing-impaired individuals who, in recent years, have been wearing Bluetooth hearing aids throughout their waking hours and streaming calls and media through them

Why the F does AH - AH!! - carry a bunch of supplement pills in his pocket, know he does that, throw an air pod in there, then mindlessly grab what’s in his pocket, not feel a freaking huge AirPod in his mouth and have the brain to then swallow the whole mouthful? WTF? That is one of the weirdest things I have ever heard
If you describe it like this then it really sounds mental. So he just swallowed a handful of pills without looking at his palm to see what’s on it beforehand?
Dr huberman, this is not the rigor that people appreciate you for. Just because this dude has a phd doesn’t mean he can just say “I don’t think it’s enough to harm” and get away with it. That means close to nothing to me or any scientific minded individual. Data, studies and critique please
When somebody explains in medicine if one thing is safe or not they refer over a short period of time (less than an year). Possible EMF problems in health might appear over long exposure
My question has always been if the dose is low but duration and frequency of exposure is high, does it still have a negative consequence (like tiny amount of poison of long term).
yes these guys are silly. Its not about heat nor ionization. There is non-thermal and non-ionizing effects though. See some of my comments above. I'm tired to repeat it too many times
I don't think his comparison to unpreventable environmental exposure is valid because Bluetooth earbuds and headphones are very close to the brain but the other environmental sources you may encounter are much further away. The "inverse square law" applies to radio signals and it says that the intensity decreases proportionally to the square of the distance from the source (as you move further away from the source, the intensity drops significantly). In other words, moving the source only a small distance closer can have a big increase in signal strength.
This reminds me of all the respiratory therapists that worked at my hospital that smoked, despite treating people with COPD and chronic asthma. And when doctors used to promote Camel cigarettes. Justifying their use because they're so handy and make life easier has to be one of the most common biases out there.
Not true for me! I used to get persistent headaches whenever I used them daily and I usually never get headaches! I am back to the wired ones - no issues with them!
I'm sorry to say as I respect immensely the Huberman's work, but this was a very bad episode, as there is a lot to say and explain on the topic of electromagnetic waves. Especially given the misinformation, lack of understanding, and conspiracy theories surrounding it. The questions asked, and especially the answers, were filled with bias and/or very incomplete and clumsy.
True. They only talked about thermal effects and ionization. While we know EMF can act via VGCC channels where calcium influx could be boosted and so causing ROS generation, problems for antioxidant systems, or completely flipping out electron spin directions in triplet/singlet radical pairs. These dont require much energy. It is resonance based. The same as giving a slight touch to the swing and the swing is still collecting speed when touching it at the right time.
Is anyone making any distinctions regarding bluetooth vs "noise cancelling" bluetooth? I have extremely sensitive hearing and I once tried to use the expensive noise cancelling versions which resulted in headaches within 5 minutes. It feels as though you're being blasted with the equal volume of opposite frequency at the same time, and so receiving TWICE the input into your ears. It's just too much.
As soon as I heard neurosurgeon, I knew what his answer would be, I’m done listening to these close minded scientists, there are people suing for damages from these products, I’ll follow the lawyers
You are right. They only mentioned thermal and ionizing effects, while it is well known EMF can have non-thermal quantum effects via VGCC or radical pair flipping which involves electron spin direction changes.
Absolutely 😂 It's great to be on the knowing side, watching these conversations with centralized doctors while knowing the decentralized realities is wild!
@@ModdedLu the thing is, is Andrew actually reading Jack's work? Does he not put the effort in to understand it? Does he see errors in it? So many unanswered questions I have

Still we dont understand the impact on actual resonance frequencies in the cells of your brain, in other words are emf fields impacting cell behavior? There are also physical resonace frequencies and also 1000s of type of brain cells
Im more worried about the emissions itself. I can feel it clearly when I hold it in my hand. Actually it start hurting quite fast and I can’t hold the phone very long. I also feel it clearly in all my leg if I put it in my pants pocket …?
I personally have felt very harmful effects of using mobile phones even though their emf limits are within acceptable range. Not sure why science doesnt accept it.
Yes there is non-thermal quantum effects these two are not talking about. I think we need an actual quantum scientist to talk aobut those. He's just surgeon. Its about modulating VGCC channels and flipping electron spins in triplet and singlet radical pairs etc. Well confirmed effects in living tissues. Not sure studied with headphones but studied with other EMF sources.
We are electrical beings, andrew huberman knows about the third eye. Having bluetooth and emf/non mative emf constantly beam is not good for our mind body and connection with our own antenna.
I wonder what effect emfs have on a person if they have trace metals ( eg aluminium) in the tissues / brain . Obviously metals conduct electricity and some people ( particularly those with Autism / ADHD ) tend to not be able to excrete metals properly . Combine that with a Bluetooth hearing aid or similar ..
I thought bluetooth headphones were the greatest thing since sliced bread, literally used them all day long at work as a tradesman for years, and year after year, more and more, my head started to feel "imbalanced"... now 10 years later my head is completely fucked and I can't use the damn things for more than an hour before my head starts to become very "uncomfortable". Granted, I'm not sure about exactly what is wrong with me, but I've seen several different doctors, and neurologists, they say my brain is fine, but I'm pretty confident they look for macro issues and less for micro brain damage tissue. Again, idk if bluetooth fucked me up or not, but my issues started shortly after using them, and I used them excessively, so I could be a case study for rapid onset consequences, where it only took me a few years to notice serious side effects, and it might take someone else 10-15 years before they notice similar issues, the problem is, it's insidious because it causes slowly degrading brain health, so some people might even contribute it to diet, depression, anxiety, etc. I've gotten deep into spiritual practices and deep meditation, going on 10 years now. I am trying to heal my brain. When I get into deep meditation, it just looks like there is a large black spot on the side of my head where I feel the disconcerting discomfort. I don't have any other brain or head trauma to attribute towards. I keep chugging along but it sucks. I Just strongly encourage everyone to atleast think twice. When researching, I found several police officers that experience similar symptoms to myself after they switched to a new radio transmission system, so I do believe the frequencies can damage us, and this is really not up for debate, the military has charts with weaponized levels of frequencies, the acceptable FCC levels in the US are much higher than other countries, probably because of lobbyists who want to profit from cheap inferior tech that causes health issues, like the drug, food and every other industry in the US going back to the time of big tobacco. Stay safe, don't trust marketing, question everything. You are important. You matter more than you may know. Much love and cheers!
Hang on, isn't this the guy from Neuralink?? You expect people to believe he's got an objective opinion on this when he's inserting wireless devices right into people's brains?! You must be taking the piss.
I can't trust him because he just said that young people won't be able to relate to his analogy with heart and had cars because they will grow up in the electric car Era. That's not happening.
Or just don't listen to fear mongering without any conclusive data proving bluetooth is harmful. The the doctor said, the amount of energy is miniscule compared to things you're getting exposed to daily, has been rigorously studied worldwide, not just by the industry.
I'm not convinced. When I started using AirPods for a couple hours a day, I started experiencing tinnitus. When I stopped using them, the tinnitus went away. I started up again, it came back. Since then, I've switched to using only wired headphones and haven't had tinnitus since. The suggestion to "trust" that our bodies will take care of the radiation from bluetooth headphones is concerning. Why not just "trust" that our bodies will take care of the high-fructose corn syrup found in sodas and other "foods"? Seems better to make informed decisions that limit exposure to harm, no?
he explained it tho, the physics is very simple. if bluetooth had enough energy to hurt anyone it would require a much bigger power source. and you would have to charge them every 5minutes. but they last for hours, and the power source is so so tiny.
@@Watercloud-11 Man. He's not a quantum physicist. If he was, he could telll about non-thermal effects which don't require much energy, the tiniest bits of any quanta can do its work - its the same as you don't need much energy to push a swing a bit each time - eventually it can flip over - something similar happens in a quantum scale - ions can gather directional forces and get amplified by resonance. In EMF research it is well known that EMF in living tissues act via voltage gated calcium channels and flipping over the electron spin directions in triplet and singlet radical pairs (basically the mechanism by which birds sense the geomagnetism but it is also preserved in mammalian tissues - radical pairs are a normal part of biochemical reactions in every tissue). that’s like the one time I saw a guy say that microwaves work by steam and screaming because he really really really misunderstood someone’s explanation. Low frequencies from Bluetooth earbuds are going to be very mild and if they’re going to damage ourselves, they’re going to damage your hearing so unless you’re a teenager who likes blowing up his brain, you’re not gonna be exposing yourself to that willingly anyways.
@@gregr1154 what do you mean bby low frequencies, it is not about sound frequencies. The guy above is right - there is quantum effects, well confirmed, that EMF act via non-thermal non-ionizing way, known to modulate calcium and other ion channels in living tissues, causing calcium influx into cells, leading to inflammatory cascade, causing ROS generation and everything that it can further lead to. ALternatively, it is known that EMF causes flipping of radical pairs between triplet and singlet pairs - it means changing electron spin direction and so it changes how the radical now behaves in subsequent chemical reactions. The latter is the mechanisms known from the birds that they use to detect geomagnetic locations - the magnetic forces change the electron spins in certain ions. ANd it is actually confirmed in humans that geomagentic forces change the perception of light in human. These are subtle changes at the quantum level, electron spin directions, or swinging some ions too much, causing new chemical reactions.
They aren't opinions--he's stating established facts about EMF radiation. If someone is sharing scientific fact of the sort that you'd find in a textbook, then citing research studies is unnecessary.

My 11 year old started using headphones. After a month he started getting cluster headache, even in sleep. Took him to optician, no issues. Took him to emergency, multiple scans could not find anything. One day my wife tells him to stop using the headphones and the headache disappeared within a couple of days.
Pressure on the head has caused that for me. Not saying he's not emf sensitive, just saying it can be mechanical
r/thathappened
Questions:
1: Headphones or earbuds? The weight and pressure of “pinch” of headphones could potentially cause headache if they are not a good fit.
2: How loud was he listening? High SPL levels for extended periods can cause headache,
I’m not saying we can’t rule out him being sensitive to EMF, but there are other more likely variables to rule out first.
It’s the same with me
I used to constantly get migraines and headaches due to all the constant noises in the workplace. This was due to my Autism and ADHD and the boise caused me so much stress.
My work agreed for me to wear noise cancelling earphones. Since using these, I've not had any migraines or headaches.

one might say that it is just headphones in general, though. If you model the electro magnetic fields surrounding wired headphones: they are comprable.

@@blackout2430 Don't wear them. I've tried about 5-6 different pairs, different brands, different designs, and each time I get headaches. Most people don’t want to deal with the potential lifestyle disruption and inconvenience of reducing EMF exposure.
And he's the Neuralink guy (inserting wireless devices into people's brains FFS), zero credibility on the subject, it's absurd.
Why can’t a man made product
Also i think Nikola Tesla said to understand how the universe works think in frequencies or something like that… that quite speaks to me, but that’s me. Glad you dont have any issues anymore…
I saw a long time ago a document saying you can live longer when you are in like a sort of house-faraday cage, it was in concrete it explained that it made a shield to electromagnetic and thus people were ageing less fast… i believe there is some truth to this as i tested this with an old trick by placing one banana in a metallic bowl that could be used like a faraday cage and another banana from the same pack of bananas to make the comparison fair and the banana in the faraday cage lasted me at least 3-4 weeks longer before any sign of black bruises.

It would be great so see research showing that cellular function at this distance is altered or not by bluetooth signals.
Even Apple in their user agreement in the Iphone tells the user that it doesn't recommend holding the device to the head for prolonged periods. I also would like to see this investigated properly with an independent expert.
That's for the phone itself probably

This guy clearly hasn’t looked up any of the research articles on emf and is just making assumptions.
Yep
So what's the answer?
"Literal brain surgeon isn't educated enough on matters concerning the brain. Only I, random youtube commenter, knows the real truth"
Look up the Environmental Health Trust. They are a massive organization that has had sweeping laws changed in europe about emf radiation danger specifically in schools using wifi and having cell towers near schools. Go get educated there along with there hundreds of doctors and scientists blowing the whistle.
@@Voidwardso you still trust the social distancing is good but holding the radio active emitters next to your head is healthy?
More to the point, EM radiation depends on the mode of operation of any wireless device: is it mainly receiving a signal (as when listening to music - so the signal is passive, coming from the phone) or is it transmitting a signal (as when talking on the phone - so the signal goes both ways simultaneously).
On every cell phone, there’s a warning which states the device must be 5 inches away from the ear. Every phone.
When the manufacturer themselves tell you that, a brain surgeon’s personal guess and assumptions mean nothing.
i just saw some lady talking about this, but they said 5mm, not 5 inches.. that's a huge difference
That's for other reasons. Not Bluetooth. It's for cell.
It is also the perfect frequency for resonating and heating water which is a factor multiplier. the 'pro' air pods have a silicone filler to seal off the ear, making the noise cancelling work better. this increases the pressure in your ear, and make a bit more discomfort, such as heat, over time.
The 'regular' air pods 3 or 4 don't have the silicone bit that seals and can build pressure in the ear more, and so those non-pro models allow some airflow in the ear, and are just smaller and less noticeable in the ear.

This whole episode is a conspiracy theory.
Is anyone making any distinctions regarding bluetooth vs "noise cancelling" bluetooth? I have extremely sensitive hearing and I once tried to use the expensive noise cancelling versions which resulted in headaches within 5 minutes.
Spoke to a comms engineer a few years ago and he uses bluetooth headphones exclusively but won't put his phone near his head.
Much love and cheers!

lol just buy wired
When I turn on my microwave my headphone starts stuttering, same waves? 😢
"I think..." is not a reason to believe they are safe. I'll stick with wired thank you.
he explained it tho, the physics is very simple. if bluetooth had enough energy to hurt anyone it would require a much bigger power source. and you would have to charge them every 5minutes. but they last for hours, and the power source is so so tiny.

@@musairethat's true, the tiniest field can trigger any effect. I myself love wearing Air Pods Pro every day for many many hours for the noise cancelling feature. Helps me so much to relax and focus when working and in this loud city. Hope that these trigger no later harmful developing consequences of Quantum Physics, we'll see. Or wait, I consider this: my first augmentation. For the emperor!
Andrew: “Is it dangerous?”
Neuroscience: “No, nothing to see here, just trust us, the Science Inc.”
I thought this guy was smart!
Then he said he swallowed something directly from his pocket without looking or feeling it! An earbud!
How is that level of unawareness even possible!
Yes and try to do grounding
Bluetoith like wifi at 2.4ghz is absorbed by water. It cannot really penetrate much in tissue its so weak
Thanks for asking that question, I had wondered if it could be an issue.
2:06 I find this answer unsatisfactory, if we're already being bathed in cosmic rays then we have evolved to deal with that amount of cosmic radiation, why would you want to add more artificially? Who is this guy? What are his financial entanglements ? You should have put out full disclosure for that at the beginning of the show .
Good to know we're safe on this one!
Ask a quantum physicist the same question. And he/she'd tell you that there is non-thermal non-ionizing actual effects via VGCC channel modulations, via radical pair creation changes - flipping electron spins in triplet and singlet radical pairs etc. These are confirmed effect by EMF in living tissues.
Medical people are not even schooled to this level of physics, I'm afraid.
So AirPods are safe until further notice basically 😅
No. I can post many papers on this.
Medical people are not even schooled to this level of physics, I'm afraid.
It's not about the energy, it's about the low frequencies that resonate with the cells and disturb their functioning
that’s like the one time I saw a guy say that microwaves work by steam and screaming because he really really really misunderstood someone’s explanation.
Not a single mention of research studies and evidence here. Just this guy’s opinion here saying it’s all cool
They aren't opinions--he's stating established facts about EMF radiation. If someone is sharing scientific fact of the sort that you'd find in a textbook, then citing research studies is unnecessary.
Can someone explain the worry about Bluetooth. If you are living in urban area you are exposed to EMF from cellular and WiFi (and your neighbours WiFi), and Elons Starlink satellites, all of which operate at higher power levels than Bluetooth and exposure is 24/7. I would even understand if someone is worried about EMF in general but just singling out Bluetooth seems senseless.
What about foam ear plugs that alot of people use for work. All day long.
Imagine sticking wireless devices with lithium ion batteries inside of your ear canals in these troubled times...
“Just trust that your body has the DNA repair mechanisms” lol wtf
It's outrageous that the guy who criticizes the AG1 price sells his products at a ridiculous overpriced price!
Not only that, but there's products in his blueprint stack nobody should be taking every day (like Ashwagandha)
it is not about heat, it is about disrupting the biological function of cells via possibly EMF and having them go rogue
