I'm a bit confused 😅 Is there exercises just for one half of the body? The side kicks and the last exercise are just on one side? Should I change sides or do the workout two times? Greetings!
No, they are for both (it's mentioned in the bio), it was a little hiccup on my end. The full 28 minute however is on the TLB app :D

Downvoted this one, kind of scammy way to force people to use your app. I don’t mind shorter workouts where the other part is on the app, but this is not the way to do it..
