    I'd like to say that I'm an overweight, software developer dad, and maybe not who you think of when you imagine your audience, but following along with your videos has really improved my fitness and quality of life since world events forced us all to be a bit more sedentary. The focus on movement and mobility is just the thing for someone whose career has them sitting all day. I cannot overstate my appreciation for the effort you put in making your videos, and your upbeat positivity keeps everything fun, even when the workouts are tough. Huge thank you!

    I'm a bit confused 😅 Is there exercises just for one half of the body? The side kicks and the last exercise are just on one side? Should I change sides or do the workout two times? Greetings!

      No, they are for both (it's mentioned in the bio), it was a little hiccup on my end. The full 28 minute however is on the TLB app :D

    Downvoted this one, kind of scammy way to force people to use your app. I don’t mind shorter workouts where the other part is on the app, but this is not the way to do it..
