I really like all of your tutorials! I’m not a dancer but I’m hypermobil in most parts of my body. I would really appreciate a tutorial for hypermobile People. I’m always insecure which stretches are good for me because when I’m warm I easily overstretch and having pain for weeks. Maybe there are some more people who are struggle with the same insecurity:). Thank you so much for all you tutorials so far und viele Grüße aus Deutschland:)

I think you have a lot of experience and knowledge to share. There are hundreds of channels that don't have experience or able to teach at this level. So, I think you should teach how/what you want to teach since this is your channel. Do what inspires you...so you can inspire others...and have fun at same time.

Hi!! You are absolutely amazing! The way you breakdown the moves is so detail and professional! My lower back doesn’t bend at all when I’m doing my lower runners lunge, wonder if you happened to know why and how can I improve that?

I am a 58 year old amateur danser and I really love all your classes on you tube...besides the 3 classes I follow in the evenings at different ballet centres in breda and oosterhout , 2 modern classes and 1 classic and point class i useally start the day with some you tube classes by you....advanced mobility flow or the arabesque workout....this one I did just after an 1 hour pointe class also from you tube. I still want to push myself further so also in the weekends I follow some classes and workouts in my own small ballet room which I have at home......

Agree with your decision of education & instruction over just demonstration. 🧘🏽♀️👌 Our focus is mostly yoga & martial arts and feel dancers are far more knowledgeable in flexibility and body development. 💪
I’m a retired professional aerial dancer and past recreational ballet dancer who is hypermobile but has tight muscles. I am also in PTA school so there’s a lot of sitting in lectures and sitting to study. Trying to get moving and back in shape during break and create the habit to be able to move at least 10 minutes a day once school starts back up. It’s harder for me in the winter because it’s too cold to workout outside (for me anyway). Would love workouts on how to build leg muscles without bulk. :) Thanks for your videos!!

I loved it, am a beginner at the age of 70 but I do workouts daily. Need stretches, for posture, balance and build lean muscle. 20 minutes perfect. I did a 4 min TABA to start, then a 15 minute ab then this one. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
