Love what you said about focusing on one thing at a time. Diet is definitely the easiest for me. It can be overwhelming to jump straight into a strict diet / exercise routine when you’re trying to get back on track.

Yes! Thank you for your video. I totally feel exactly the same I been struggling with been on top of my eating. I lost 53 pounds and been able to keep it off more then a year but recently I gained back10 pounds over the holidays and it's been hard to loose it. I'm not sure if it's stress or what but I been having a hard time been consistent in eating healthy.

Love what you mentioned about identifying weaknesses! I struggle with healthy lunches a few days a week so I've taken to preparing 2-3 meals ahead of time which makes the choice wayyy easier. I would love to hear how you're linking solidcore! Do you meet a lot of people going to different fitness classes?

I feel you with the Starbucks girl! I was a big stan of them for a while but just last year I cut back on going so much and moved onto Booster Juice, which is a super amazing smoothie joint here in Canada, but I spent SO much money on them last month😤So I’m saving my money up, and making more meals at home to help with the diet!
I agreeee!!! I’ve already saved sooo much by cutting it for the last two weeks girl! And a mid day smoothie is a GREAT alternative and I’d doesn’t make you crash either!! 🤗🤗
Here’s my struggle.. and if anyone has any tips pls lmk😭 I WANT a routine, I know what my goals are but I’m a university student and a part-time retail worker. My days and my hours are all over the place all the time.. how on earth can I build a routine around that?😭💓
Routines work better for me if its 10 or 15 min twice a day! Good luck!!
If you get your schedules in advance you can plan out your week/days ahead of time so that you’re not feeling all over the place the day of. And schedule in some buffer time too to give you some lead way. I hope that helps if you’re not already doing that.
I feel youuu! ♥️♥️ It can be hard while being in university and working! And I agree with the other two, if you get your work schedule in advance try to time block some of your priority tasks! Remember a schedule doesn’t not need to be followed every day! It can be a few days a week (3 days works well) so you can make your self care a priority too! 🤗🫶🏾
