5 Round Muay Thai Guided Bag Workout (19 min workout)

- Time: 19 minute workout (5 x 3 min rounds with 1 min rest between rounds)
This is a 5 round bag workout.
Round 1 - Single strikes
Round 2 - Defend and counter. Visualise an opponents attack and defend. Then counter with a single powerful strike.
Round 3 - Boxing and low kick round (Muay Mat) In this round you will focus on powerful boxing combinations to set up for low kicks.
Round 4 - Kick only round. This round you will only focus on kicks.
Round 5 - Knees and elbow round. This is a close range round focusing on close range weapons of the clinch. - Спорт

Nice workout dude. Good mix of techniques, probably one for intermediate/advanced as it isn't guided, but that's not an issue if you know what are you doing 👍🏻
