    Format: 6 sets
    Set 1: 10 x 10 second rounds with 20seconds rest
    Set 2: 10 x 10 second rounds with 15 seconds rest
    Set 3: 10 x 10 second rounds with 10 seconds rest
    Set 4: 10 x 10 second rounds with 10 seconds rest
    Set 5: 10 x 10 second rounds with 15 seconds rest
    Set 6: 10 x 10 second rounds with 20seconds rest
