Can you upload a low kick tutorial please
Yes. Thank you for the request and I'll look into doing that and add it to my productions schedule. Sub and stay tuned. 🙏

Ive been looking for an exercise to stop my groin pain when trying to kick torso height. That first one looks like it may work
Doing multi directional lunges are also really good for preventing groin pain. Add that to your workouts
I’ve done several videos to help with stuff like that. Feel free to check them out and see if any of the routine might help with your issue. 😊🙏🏽

This is a very good video sir thank you. The form you taught in this video is for the body. Can we use this form for high kicks or are they supposed to be done differently?
Thank you for the feedback. There are a few tweaks necessary for balance but the basic movements are exactly the same. I’ll look into doing a head kick video.
@@Krufessor_Rad Thank you so much for responding sir. Looking forward to seeing the head kick video.
Great job 💪🏽 , God bless ✝️❤️🔥

The harder you whip the less power, you’re moving contra by whipping. Make the guard by streching the right arm forward like a punch, and then kick from under the arm and only slightly whip… Check some nice knockouts from Buakaw..
The whip adds snap, this is something people who cross train in karate understand
