The toughest part of any workout routine is what you eat. Important to cut out processed foods and sugars, alcohol, etc. and eat as clean as possible. Easier said than done. This looks like a helluva workout. Gotta try it.
the way the older gentleman looks to the side during some of the exercises is interesting. I thought at first it was distraction, but there is a concept out there that twisting your head or neck when experiencing physical pain in the body is a way to literally 'twist off' or 'turn off' the connection with the body during the pain.
That's some good s*** that's basically how I work out and I'm 63 years young not all of bar stuff but basically calisthens and still decent myself keep up the grind

Ma veri e propri doms come se avessi allenato la schiena. E anche la prestazione ne risente. Perche due giorni dopi provo a fare trazioni e non mi escono. Come mai?
