    I began Judo at age 11 in say 1976, a most beautiful use of one’s human body and movement! My Sensei was a practitioner of breathing an all interactions with the body and well being and seemed to be versed in guidance to others achieving the flow state! ! He taught the concept of breathing evenly inwards from the center of being with relaxed effort till one could operate and flow on the mat with out creating a need for the fight or flight system to be triggered or one gasping, as he stated, “your not chasing your breathe or opponent it’s flowing thru like river as U do over the other,” His constant and in depth knowledge of breathing and well being it creates when done proper and accordingly at different life possible altering times has saved my life!!

    I also do the rhythmic breathing. I read a book at age 12 called Yoga for the mind by Yogi William Zorn. I lent it to a buddy,n never got it back. took me close to 30 years to find that book again. I don't lend books out anymore. if they want to read a book I have they can read it at my home. I have many books that aren't published anymore. n finding a vintage book store can get very costly, but worth it at times..❤

The important thing is to be present enough in the moment, so that you observe your reaction to the thought without getting attached to it. Negative thoughts are just projection of our fears and worries but are not happening in real time!

    The technique described is a fraction of it's true potential, the ribs and chest should lift as well. A perfect breath starts in the pelvic floor then rises expanding your torso 360° all the way up to your neck, the belly shouldn't retract when your breath moves from belly expansion into ribcage expansion, this is a sign of diaphragm tightness. Once the diaphragm is properly freed your lung capacity will triple.

    Guys, let me tell you a "secret" about breathing - the main key is to breathe not only air, but the energy itself in the form of small flashing white stars into your lungs inhaling with your nose.
    And while exhaling with your mouth (through a small slit between the pursed lips) blow on these little stars in your lungs, as if lighting a fire.
    And try to feel (at least imagine) how the bright light emits from your lungs while exhaling, brightening all your body and aura removing all dark parts.
    Then repeat. And that's basically all for the beginners! Do this for a 30 to 60 minutes per day everyday for about a month and you WILL see the benefits!
    Once again: inhale through your nose the energy into your lungs. Not only air but also the small stars or a flow of a white energy.
    Exhale through your mouth through a small slit between the pursed lips and blow on the light in your lungs making it emits and expands to all your body and aura removing all dark parts

    Oh my goodness ❤ I was just chatting to my 37 yr old son about life in general and how the breathe is the most important thing along with sustaining our beings with nourishment in other forms also and how some lessons on the national curriculum can be more damaging by cramming alot of useless information into young minds rather than the understanding of how important it is to learn about how powerful we actually are..     I began to practice diaphragmatic breathing while also practicing walking meditation. I imagine a string next to my spine. It helps to fill my lungs from back to front.
    Thict Naht Hahn said, “Place your feet upon the earth with as much compassion as possible. He meant, “Step to your toes.” Try it. This is mindfulness.

    LOVE this and it's so so important! I was blessed to learn to breathe diaphragmatically as an opera singer and flutist. That was step 1).     Yes the higher your vibration the better you can manifest and of course coupled with a strong will and believe in yourself
    As a Dragonball Z fan i always saw it as a metaphor allow me to explain
    There are 7 dragonballs, if you collect them all you can summon the eternal dragon and make a wish (manifest something)
    i think its a metaphor for the 7 chakras, when these are balanced and aligned properly your kundalini starts flowing (summoning the dragon cuz kundalini is serpent/dragon power) in this high vibrational state you can make your wishes come true (manifest).
    It's serpent/dragon power wich kinda makes you wonder how us evolved 'monkeys' have this built in 😜
    ps: be careful with fully activating the kundalini, it can be dangerous and cause psychosis or burn you up. You really need to be grounded bare foot in nature and you also need to drink loads of water cuz it will dehydrate you (its like fiery lightning). Also be prepared to cry alot because it will remove all blockages and release all unprocessed pain and memories (however after all that crying etc you will feel so much better and lighter.
    It's safer to have a 'weak' flow of kundalini and to not have it activated all the time.
    For scientific proof of kundalini and a good anecdotal book on kundalini read 'Stalking The Wild Pendulum' by Ben Bentov
    kundalini isnt just something esoteric or a belief there really is a biological system in our body that causes it (the spineliquid pump for example.
    A lot of people want full blown kundalini but be careful what you wish for, know what you're doing first and start slow, short periods and build up, however through proper breathing and meditation you develop a constant small amount of kundalini flowing through you wich makes it impossible to be depressed and gives you loads of vitality, strength and creativity, its also sexual energy and when 2 people fuse their kundalini they will reach 'heaven' and become the universe

There is no need to consciensly regulate your breathing. It is natural. If you put yourself in a calm, loving, accepting state, and try to maintain THAT, your breathing/body with fall in line quite readily. The Law of One=All is Mind/Mental. SIBM

      Don't you think that a person that is willing to take the time to discern a better way to breathe and bring vibrancy to their life is already in a self inquiry space ? Of course. There would be no reason for the individual to practice a breathing technique and not have it affect them on a myriad of consciousness levels...hence, self inquiry.

    I would like to share my experience with you. because I don't use these techniques in meditation, as they are called in various cultures, I still underwent enlightenment. my path looks more non-conversational and is more similar to the philosophy of Alan Waats, but not entirely, and I have a completely loose form of meditation and spiritual development. In fact, you don't have to make any special effort to move or change anything in your life. I meditate while lying down, cleaning and even while doing work. I don't have any techniques, I just connect with my essence by simply listening to the intuition that guides me. and it is not Ego because I do not want anything in life and it appears by itself, whatever I need in life appears by itself.

    I can remember as a kid bellies moving outward inhaling as a child was the elders sleep. Even mine woke as a child but unconsciously as an adult I noticed my belly going in on inhaling
