i tried meditation didn't work, my mind keeps wandering too much, yoga, too tired most of the time, does well to my body but my mind still wanders, Kundalini Breathwork works good for me. thank you so much
The mind will always wander. Meditation is the practice of noticing that it wanders (not getting thoughts to stop alltogether) so the fact that you noticed it was wandering a lot is a good thing! And means that it was working, so to speak :)
