Umm…no. I just watched a video by Dr. Dray (she’s a dermatologist) on this very topic, and she said scrubbing and scraping the soles of the feet only creates trauma to the skin, which promotes further callus growth.

Lol I love her but she is overly paranoid. The mineral oil from baby oil is healing, soothing and protects the skin while gently removing excess dead skin cells ❤
I’ve been doing it since I was a kid. I have smooth pretty skin at nearly 40. If you scrub with no oil then I agree that can be aggressive ❤

You can fill a basin, like a foot tub or lil bucket, I recommend like a plastic square bucket, and following through the steps , sadly I stand up all day now and recovering from walking in terrible shoes/pain😢 hopefully this helps bruh
