Thanks. Just fyi; be careful with the Tony's. It has a lot of salt in it. There is already a lot of salty items in the recipe. Look forward to making these. May Jesus continue to bless you and your family
A teaspoon is not alot for that size of recipe. But she did mention you can leave it out.

I appreciate that salt reminder. I didn’t use the breading mix, I added an egg to it, a sprinkle of adobo and chipotle seasoning, Trader Joe’s 21 seasoning added no additional salt and mine was very salty. I guess because the sage sausage was seasoned, then bacon, cheese etc.
so tasty though. Next time I might just go with Premio brand instead of Jimmy Deans much less salt.

I am just learning about carnivore, what makes this recipe non carnivore?

Looks delicious! Are the peppers still hard/crunchy or did they get soft?
They do still have a crunch to them (that I liked) but you could saute them ahead of time if you want them softer!
