I made Buffalo Chicken Burgers with my first pound a few weeks ago. Tonight I made Chicken Taco Bowls with Guacamole & lots of Colby-Jack cheese on top. I have some seasoned chicken left over to fill Zero Carb tortillas for lunch tomorrow.
