Great video as always. I was lucky enough to have a few lessons with Ed many years ago when I first started shooting and Ed started coaching. He broke things down brilliantly for me much as he does here and whenever I go back to those foundations I shoot better. Well done both of you for bringing this content to our shooting community 👏👏👏
Another great video. Having had a masterclass with Ed and another one lined up this week got to say he does an excellent job and the masterclass is a great format and reasonably priced so well worth looking into for anyone that wants to.
Great video! Like Soloman’s candid quick responses and set ups! Enjoy more of Soloman’s advice! Watched twice over and great quick study before going back out to shoot. Thank y’all!!
I'm not that good of a shooter. But this series has genuinely helped me slow down, think, and be a smoother shot. And when I do miss, I usually have a besides of what I'm doing wrong.
Jonny, were you ok on this day. I think Ed's pickup of a lot on your mind and the "emotional" remark were right on point. Hope all is well. Truly enjoy your channel !!!!!
Smash the ones you expect to smash - great advice there. I'm a new returner to the sport (lowly C class) and by following that advice I think one really builds a decent card. I think a part of "the mental game" is to recognize when there's a bird that's just not in ones mental map and not get too fussed about missing those birds. ....and look at what others are shooting in ones class too. On some shoots local to me a 70 odd is a poor performance. I shot Owl's lodge during the UK Selection Shoot earlier this month and carded a 58. Turned out that was top of my class for the day. That's not meant to be a "humblebrag" (well....maybe a tad) but my point is look at how your performance compares to similar classed shooters on a course on THAT day. Great content as ever. Thank you both.
I was in the UK from Australia in 2017. I visited several gun clubs, including Kibworth, and happened to see Ed there. I'm now sorry I didn't say hello and introduce myself.
I love all of your videos but the instructional episodes are wonderful. By the way Mr. Carter, is that a beretta DT11 I see you shooting? I’ve noticed you haven’t been using your Longthorne 🤔
Great video. Love this kind of content. Do you calibrate your ShotKam every time you mount it? The sight pictures seem to be different to the suggested lead from Ed.
Us Yanks love Ed, even when we can't translate everything he says into English . 😎 That said @ 9:28 we see a full frame of you from behind. You have a tendency to drop your right elbow just before you pull the trigger. In my mind that has to affect balance or some such. What does Ed think?
Going for my first shooting lesson on Saturday! Going to apply for my certificate if I enjoy it! Is there any tips you could give me when it comes to applying for my certificate?
I notice the you twist your shotgun a lot when mounting the gun. Do you think that affects your gun mount? I'm a beginner to intermediate, and I spend hours watching videos like this (which has helped me dramatically), but if one of the core fundamentals is gun mount, I don't know how you could get a consistent gun mount while twisting the gun?
I don't think we (the rest of the world) dresses as classy as the English when it comes to shotgun shooting, im low key extremely jealous because everyone just looks so fancy😂
These guys never once spoke English and a meeting that is a joke because they're using all these fancy words, this time with that I have no idea what the hell they're talking about I thought this was a shooting video
10:57 bunny runs out goes WHAT THE and then runs away. Classic.
That was hilarious xD
Bunny for the win
Maybe he's seen Jonny's shooting that day and ain't scared!
More just like this please!
Can we have Ed work through a couple more stands?
Awesome stuff!
Good to see Ed back on the channel
When ever Ed Solomon’s talks I always listen intensely , great video.
Lessons with Ed , doesn’t get any better than that !!

More of Mr Solomon’s whenever he can please.
seems like you guys have known each other for more than three years...great video! 😍

That wise man is talking to my brain directly .....
Fantastic min master class 👍
Nice one guys !
Great filming as always

Had a tricky sunday shoot this morning, wish i could go back and have another go after watching! Cheers
Now that was a super episode! 👍
Many thank’s from Sweden. 🙏
Ed explains my mistakes better then I do. He is one of the best instructors of tHe game. Good stuff

Great video, with very useful info in a neat 15 minute snippet. Ed always talks a common sense game.
Very interesting, thanks for a great video. I’m brand new to the shooting community, so very helpful.
Ha!! The rabbit at 10:59!
You did well ed. Oh my that was hard work.
Good things to think through

Not particularly well at all, hence the missing of an easy bird!

Great content as ever. Thank you both.
Great perspective!
Great video. Very helpful.
Great info! Funny the rabbit appeared @ 11:00 and beat feet back from where it came.
Ed sounds like an excellent coach!
Love the instructional videos from Ed. Well done. How on earth did you produce such a realistic looking Rabbit around the eleven minute mark?
Brilliant video as always mate
More Ed!

I'm from Australia too, just bought a 450 dollar old lanber to shoot clays cause it's all I can afford lol
Nice video and great advice. Thanks for sharing

Does Solomons has any teaching channel with monthly subscription? This guy rock it!!!
Superb instructor Ed, i will get to meet you at some point.
I love the videos with the both of you. Well done!
Would love to ask you questions about your editing process, something I envy!
Great video. Love this kind of content.
Do you calibrate your ShotKam every time you mount it? The sight pictures seem to be different to the suggested lead from Ed.
Noticed this as well. Ed says no lead yet the shotkam shows plenty of lead on both targets. Confusing.

Must have shot this on one of the 2 decent says we've had this year, going to have to atart using those glow un the dark clays at this rate 🤣🤣🤣
Please moor practice videos really good ❤
Can you please fly me to England and give me coaching from Ed? You can film it; will be a great episode! Thanks in advance.
Masterclass....
Would love to have a lesson with Ed 😅
Jonny what chokes would you recommend?
Please à review about the browning bss
“It’s been emotional”… is that the intro to the new series - Clay Tour special guest Vinnie Jones?
I don't think we (the rest of the world) dresses as classy as the English when it comes to shotgun shooting, im low key extremely jealous because everyone just looks so fancy😂
👍 👍
Nice vidéo and nice DT11 ! Is this a 30 or 32 inches?
31inch
more mr ed please, and stop rolling your gun into you shoulder.
thanks
Looks like Mr Carter is getting smitten with DT11’s, is this right sir ??
i thought George Michael was dead .... 10:57 luckiest rabbit ever !
is that a new gun , longshanks?
"They're all worth one"...PRECISELY. An X is an X.
Is he standing on a box?
great video! Johnny, you have a habit of fingering the trigger, you should train that away.
DT 11 ???
Photo bombing rabbit.
Rolling the shoulder won’t improve scores either Johnny.
Pants up your crack........😅 common problem.

Do you have to be a millionaire to have lessons from Ed ?
Multi-millionaire
Terrible posture
Thanks
