"Better Call Saul" the clips I used were borrowed from AMC. It was Season 3 Episode 5 titled, "Chicanery" and originally aired back on Monday, May 8, 2017. And yes, I watched it live on the AMC cable channel. Here's the IMDB link and I highly recommend all six seasons.

I wear my Apple Watch due to its accuracy of sleep tracking and my Fenix 7 pro. I wouldn’t wear my Apple Watch if Oura would make their ring vibrate and give abnormal heart rate alerts. Garmin does give abnormal heart rate alerts but I like the accuracy of the Oura. You can sync your Oura data to apple health in the health app so if it would give those abnormal heart rate alerts I would keep the Apple Watch off.
Yes, I have been searching for the best "Smart Watch & Ring" combination for over three years, closer to five years ever since the first articles published about smart rings. A integration that Amazfit uses between one of their watches the Helio Ring is interesting. I turned off my Cheetah Pro and just sleep with that wearable and it is often matching the sleep data from both ŌURA Ring gen3 and my Garmin Instinct 2X Solar or the EPIX 2. I also cannot appear to stop wearing the COROS Vertix 2S. My hope is that COROS adds a sleep score and nap tracking features sooner than later. Up until the release of the Helio Ring, yeah, either an ŌURA Ring paired with an Apple Watch; or an ŌURA Ring paired with a Garmin watch like an EPIX, fēnix, Enduro, vìvomove, etc. where they best purchases. Yet, that was back in 2022 before I began testing COROS. As your wrote, yes, abnormal heart rate alerts are important and ŌURA Finnish organization is racing to be the king of smart rings by opening up more API doors with companies like Apple, Garmin, STRAVA, Samsung, Polar, COROS, Amazfit, and more. I don't know if ŌURA would ever want to communicate with the Amazfit ZEPP app, but 2024 is not over yet. I cannot get any other watch to give my glucose levels stored securely inside the Abbot Libre 3 app except for an Apple Watch. I am experimenting with the Samsung Galaxy Watch6 Classic this week to see what tinkering can be done.

Doesn’t it drive you crazy not wearing a Garmin because then you don’t get your body battery or sleeping HRV through the Garmin. I also wish you could sync the HRV from Oura and Garmin to Apple health but Apple doesn’t allow any company to write HRV to the app
Yeah, HRV tracking is quite intriguing and according to the many gadgets I wear, yeah, it all over the place from 20 up to 70 depending upon the day, stress, sleep, and 11 other factors.

Many thanks, and yeah, it is pretty cool to just wear a ring to bed instead of a watch. Amazfit is the first organization to create such a pairing between a watch & a ring. I feel the ring is comfortable to wear too.
It is cool, comfortable to wear, and has features the ŌURA Ring took over six years to release. Granted, yes, it is 2024 and when the Finnish smartring began back on Kickstart in 2015/2016, yes, technology was much different than it is this year. And yeah, Amazfit is the first company to give Users a smart & ring/watch combination all in the same app.
