Hi, I'm new to Inav, so here is a beginner question, at 3:25 the horizontal blue area must be outside of the small vertical blue line? ...both at NavPoshold and at Nav RTH. In Betaflight it must be exactly above it to activate that function.
Hi Lee. Thanks for your help always. I have question for you, why in my matek F405 wing not showing NAV RTH mode in configurator 2.5.0? I installed latest version inav on my board.
Hello again - I have noticed that the Modes ''ARM'' block has two colors Dark & Lght blue if I flick the switch and it's Dark Blue = No Arming if it is Light Blue Arms ok and motors Run - is there a reason for this thanks again...joe
Very useful tip. Taking this one step further, I want to see the current mode displayed on my radio -- especially to check before a maiden flight. If I select a "normal" mode, then I can see the resulting feedback on the radio via telemetry. BUT, if the mode is a GPS/Nav mode, then no change is displayed (with Inav / Frsky telemetry, the flight mode is sent via the Tmp1 sensor). I am assuming this is because even though it is armed and has a good fix (# of sats and good hdop), the flight controller does not act on the command because it is not flying and/or is too close to home, so there is no new data to send through the telemetry link. Can you verify this is in fact the case?
The GPS in Ainav burned red, it turned out that it was better to look at the instructions for Matek. RX and TX are inverted. When I connected the RX wire to the TX jack and TX to RX, everything worked and the GPS turned blue.

Check out the INAV for beginners 2020 series. I suspect you've missed a step setting up the GPS.. Happy flying

You can't activate GPS modes unless a specific set of prerequisites are met. I'd try to use it in a regular flight.... Happy flying

Yep, that's the way to do it. See my INAV builds on the channel... Happy flying!
