That's a dismissive oversimplification. Fundraising, volunteer signups, field offices, coordinated tactics on a state by state and even district by district basis are all fundamental/qualitative realities of this election.

I'm curious what you're seeing that leads you to that conclusion, @maggmaster. I still contend that there are fundamental/qualitative factors that aren't showing up in the purely quantitative analyses.
@@politicsandreligion There was a democratic mayor that won in Alaska in a +15 Trump district, Lily white Iowa is only +4 in a seltzer poll. Special elections, bad partisan polling with very wonky LV screenings. It’s just all pretty wild.
