    Jeffrey - your new cookbook is beyond description! Fantastic info as well as recipes. I can't wait to make this mushroom pasta. Already made your advance recipe Chicken Cacciatore from the new Lighter book and the tomato sauce is amazing, the best I have ever had! You are definitely the master of spices. I have both books and been following you since 2018. I refer anyone with an instant pot to try your recipes and also give your books as gifts. This Lighter cookbook is so current and needed. Thanks so much for your dedication!

    I was looking for a Lenten Friday meat free option and this fit the bill perfectly! I used beef broth which may have been bending the rules a bit and full fat sour cream instead of yogurt. Amazing! When lent is over, I’ll make it again with beef! 😋

    I often replace sour cream with a good quality full fat only just pourable yoghurt (standard rather than Greek), not for health reasons, but I have found that I often prefer the lighter version. I was first introduced to the idea of something created, rather than turned sour when staying with Serbian/Hungarian friends and (admittedly with just a few recipes I regularly cooked) made the substitution - I cannot remember the last time I used soured cream!

      Ok so I just made this for dinner. Wow! Just wow! It was really easy and extremely tasty. I had to stop myself from eating all of it!!! I was good though and portioned it out so now I have lunch for the next week. Each portion was 1 cup with a little more. Definitely recommend this dish.

    This was so amazingly delicious. It was the 1st recipe I made from your new book. The balsamic added such a nice depth of flavor!! Of course, I love mushrooms 🍄. This dish was just perfect!

    Did this recipe added cojita crumbles on top with the balsamic glaze drizzle and added crush walnut on top to improve the texture excellent dish to serve with a beautifully seared ribeye steak, mmm paired well with a cab

    Absolutely delicious. I didn't think you could do pasta in the Instant Pot. Hubbie was very proud he was able to find orecchiette.

    I made this tonight and it was awesome! Though I dint have ghee so I used buttah. I also had one pack of Boursin in the fridge so I used that instead of the yogurt. I also left out the drizzle at the end after plating. It had great flavah without it!!

    This looks absolutely yummy...but it needs chicken. Either in it or alongside it, but that flavor combo screams for chicken. A nice salad of dark greens, a cold glass of Spumante, and you're in decadence heaven even on a lighter diet. This recipe is a definite keeper!

    Need this cookbook. This sounds fabulous. I love everything in this dish. I think we may have this tonight. Except for this exact pasta, I have everything to make it. I just discovered balsamic 2 years ago. Make balsamic strawberry salsa.

    I need to put on weight so would use butter. I make my own yogurt in the IP and sometimes do Greek yogurt so always have that in the fridge. What I would like to know is can this dish be frozen? The reason I'm asking is I love mushrooms but my adult son hates them.

      I used GF elbow macaroni and did the 5 mins. Cooked just the same. But I did use a cup less of the broth.

    Jeffrey your macaroni and cheese recipe on UA-cam is different than the written directions that you have put in your descriptions which ones are right please help I love this recipe but sometimes it turns out good and sometimes it doesn’t depending on which recipe are use please check it out and get back to me love your recipes God bless stay safe

    I love so many of your recipes but man. Here you are saying “this is the easiest dish to make” and in the next sentence we need “ghee”!!?? How many people had ghee laying around 🤣
