Could eat this every night for a year and never get tired of it. Thank you for all the Asian inspired recipes. My faves! Hey Jeff, great recipe. I adapted it for my wife who is lactose intolerant. Lactose free milk instead of cream/ half and half, little bit of flour and water for thickening, lactose free cream cheese and cheddar/parm (ok for lactose intolerant). Tastes great, wife loves it. Keep up the good work!

This but put it in a casserole dish after and top it with bread crumbs. Spray the bread crumbs with butter spray and put it in the oven until golden. It's exactly like this Stouffer's microwave dinner called Escalloped Chicken and Noodles.

Made for dinner today and Cockadoodle do. Thought I had 2 packs of breast meat from my freezer but I had 1 pack of thighs and 1 of breast. Deboned the thighs and they works fine. It was great. Added it to my favorites lise.
