Big Trouble In Little China Will Make You Hate Today's Movies Even More - Best Movie Ever

  • The only bad thing anyone can say about the movie Big Trouble In Little China is the depression that comes from realizing how much better movies were and that we all know they're somehow only going to get worse. While that's terrible, Big Trouble In Little China still exists so you should just shut up and watch that instead of being a crybaby loser.

In reality Wang Chi is the hero. He has the hero ark. Restaurant owner who's girlfriend was kidnapped by an evil, supernatural entity has to fight against all odds to get her back. I think people back then didn't understand how ahead of it's time this movie was.

What does that mean? "Force is strong"? I don't even know what the hell that means. All I know is this Vader character comes out of thin air in the middle of a goddamn hallway while the stormtroopers are shooting everywhere yet still can't hit a target, and he just stands there waiting for me to shoot straight through him, with red light coming out of his sword.

My friend Kurt showed me this movie, on a pirated VHS tape, at his house shortly after it came out. Someone in his family somehow knew someone and he always had early pirates, but I digress. That movie blew my 11-year-old mind. 80's movies, man, they just had something, call it soul. My mind was blown those summers on movies like this, Golden Child, Rocky 4, Rambo, fucking ninja movies, and the man himself, Chuck Norris.
