People seem to be forgetting that characters are often sacrificed for the sake of plot development to further ratings rather than completing a sensible and plausible character arc. If you don’t like her character now when you did before, it’s because there’s an entire team of people who want it to be that way. But, taking the time to analyze things outside of the superficial layer that’s presented to us is probably too difficult for some people. 🤷♀️

In the first & second Seasons Hye rung’s character has been consistent in her selfishness, self-centered interest, lack of compassion or empathy: her drunkenness, inconsiderate attitude towards her husband’s wellbeing as to tiredness or waking him up from deep sleep for nonsensical reasons, etc. The World had to orbit around all her needs & wishes.!!!🇵🇷
I wonder how Pi-Young is so comfortable with Dong-Ma leaving another woman for her. It would disturb me greatly if someone admitted this to me on our first date. If his ex-girlfriend was so replaceable because a woman turned him on with her scream, then it’s possible he’ll leave her the next time a new woman does something else that turns him on… Poor woman just wants to be wined, dined and loved on so badly that she’s willing to go into this situation a$$ backwards.

I really don't understand why Pi-young is going along with the whole Dong-ma relationship/wedding. Like did i miss an episode with the whole explanation?? Or even Pi-young trying to talk herself out of it, even if its "this is crazy but i like him". I just want something for a rationale.
I think PY is vulnerable now as she is suddenly single and still kinda mourning her mom. I think she is trying to be practical but DM is laying it on pretty heavy and I can see why she would be charmed by him. His pace and his reputation as a playboy are big red flags for me. But I think considering DM has such a notorious reputation as a player, him declaring his devotion to PY is probably not an act. This is probably the first woman he has ever pursued that gave him any ounce of hesitation of being in a relationship with him. But then he could see her as a challenge and that may seem exciting to him. Then once he has her he’ll get bored and cut her loose. He was attracted to her from a scream after all so it’s not like this guy has any depth. Whatever the case PY needs to run away from this guy fast.
I think Pi-young can’t help but be flattered and is just going along because he’s so persistent and she’s kinda hopeful sleeping with her will get him to get over it and move on to someone else. It’s gotta be flattering that someone young goes after her even if it’s only temporary

The only ‘rationale’ I can find in PY’s attitude towards SDM impulsive actions is the deep need of a betrayed loving wife in denial to feel being desired, sweet-talked and “loved” for the first time after her separation & divorce. As she herself has admitted several times already, she had wanted to give Yu Shin an opportunity to mend his enormous mistakes; yet she had not learned how to forgive. “Where there was fire 🔥, embers remain” (English translation of a Spanish saying). 🇵🇷

I’m agreeing w/TTE about the kiddos in the series. They had very substantial airtime and made the most of it. Particularly J’ia as she exhibited great maturity that I don’t think even I could have pulled off. I loved the scene w/J’ia and PY when the divorce was confirmed. I liked the way they discussed it w/out the histrionics. U-Ram displayed maturity too after he realized that his mom deserved to be happy. He coulda been a pouty little douche but he accepted the situation, albeit not immediately. Speaking of pouty little douches, Hye-ryung please stand up! I noticed the attitude she was giving Si-eun when the ladies met up. I’m glad she didn’t acknowledge her behavior. I’m gonna love when HR finds out about PY and DM. That is gonna be a must-see episode. I love that HR thinks she is so adroit at manipulation when she is just a major bust. “Ghost” Won sure scared the beejeezus outta her. My theory is that Won appeared the way she did to spook HR so that she will stay away from Bada. The last thing she would have wanted is for HR to help raise her baby. Sa-Hyeon seems checked out. He is clearly preoccupied w/his grief for Won. I think that is why he walked past HR w/out acknowledging her. That dude is in a fog of mourning. I think of all the cheating husbands, he is the only one who didn’t have regrets. I don’t condone cheating but his marriage w/HR was a bad one. He didn’t handle things correctly but I don’t fully blame him. DM is really getting intense w/PY. I’m still against them getting together but he was putting on a romantic clinic. His pace is too fast to ignore though. On the other hand, I tend to think that his intentions albeit rushed, are genuine because the guy has been a player all his life so him declaring his devotion to PY is probably not an act. I’m surprised that GB is still showing concern for DM, especially after he f’ed her over not once, but TWICE! I’m glad Mr. Seo told his dad to hit the bricks. If the TTE community are correct in their notion about him dying, then I’m glad he is embracing his happiness before it’s too late. And Grandma DM, of course she has an agenda with her acting all nice outta the blue. Time will tell what it is.
I mean I said the same sa-hyeon handled it wrongly but overall he’s the only cheat I can actually understand the woman was simply impossible and I doubt him speaking to her would have changed anything so he should have broken it off first but I really understand him he was emotionally abused and HR fans act like she was the one who was done dirty yes only at the end though because she abused that loving guy for years so I’d say he is rather the victim but just that his sins were more apparent because he cheated

A lot of people look at relationships in black and white meaning that they think that if someone does something that is deemed wrong or in violation of the relationship, then that person is the bad one. In some cases that is very true, but in Sa-hyeon's case it is not that simple. Did he cheat in his marriage? Yes, but Hye-ryung was a selfish, intolerable spouse and her behavior drove him to look for comfort outside the marriage. People are fallible and with matters of the heart that shortcoming becomes more intensified. I think Song Won tried hard to dissuade Sa-hyeon, but after a while she gave into her emotions. Again it wasn't right, but I can understand why they got caught up considering the context of his relationship with Hye-ryung, so I don't see him or Song Won as villains. It is just how Pi-young explained it to J'ia about Yu-sin really.

She is different from the other two who devoted themselves to the family. Also, she got everything she wanted from the parents. I didn't have a problem with her before, but this season just by saying someone "deserved" to die as a punishment for cheating, bye girl! You don't wish ill to anyone, just walk away and live your life.

I feel you when you say how you feel about Pi-Young and DongMa relationship. It’s just like a dream and you woke up becoming real. How the hell they decided to make it like that? Doesn’t seem so natural, we watched in season 1 is the beginning of all the affairs, Season 2 is when the admitted it and Season 3 is like someone just flip over their hands. Things happen oppositely just like that, which is good. We can enjoy the good fair revenge from all that have been betrayed and hurt, but so quick. Looks like there won’t be anymore season after this 😂👏🏾👏🏾

The writer for this Drama is known to be CRAZY 🤪 in Korea. She did some crazy shows. People watch the show just to see how crazy the story unfolds. There are certainly some rumours around the sudden death of the writer's late husband. Yes it is true.
I think a lot of people are ignoring the fact that this was obviously written to make life more than fair for the women. And that the demographic they’re obviously writing for is for women who have been married or are married and they want to give the viewers a fairytale ending. Making sure karma is had by all and giving those who got cheated on an upgraded spouse and spot in life. That’s my take on all that’s happening. Good observation on the 3 season thing I didn’t catch it the first time, it’s too bad they have to finish all this in 3 seasons they could have really made it so much longer and angsty.

Also he keeps saying „I like you“(좋아요)in Korean which is not as powerful as I love you (사랑해)! However the German line literally means *I love you* so I don’t know if that has a meaning to it..since she doesn’t know what it means and he might not have wanted to tell her right away?… Anyways. I am worried about Pi-Young we are getting more and more insight on Dong-Ana’s wicked habits and traits..as much as I like them together he better not humiliate and break Pi-young’s heart!!! He doesn’t respect her boundaries at all! Buying an engagement ring for her, kissing her , holding the door and going into her apartment…she needs to be a bit more firm *One man‘s trash is another man‘s treasure*💎Si-eun is glowing!! I can feel her adjusting to the new family dynamic and love she‘s getting from Mr.Seo. In the first episode they Said: that a Woman is the reflection of how she is being treated at home. There is a huge difference in her appearance and also mental state now she has gotten more confident and can handle conversations like the one with her husband on her own. 👏🏾Proud of you!! Poor Ji-a! Totally forgot about Dong-Mi…I appreciate the fact that she is being harmonious and nicer but there’s most likely a motive behind that..despite no one just brushed of an abuse like that..it definitely took a mental toll on her

She has been acting & reacting as a divorced, sensible woman & mother who has been improving her self-view as an independent person who can chose what she wants without fear of losing love or respect from others. I HOPE the WRITERS will not deviate from the sensible, sensitive , wise character developed during Seasons 1&2! Accordingly, She should eventually end her relationship with DM; and, even perhaps reach a mentally healthy understanding with a more mature & wiser Dr. SYS. 🇵🇷

I really don't understand why Pi-young is going along with the whole Dong-ma relationship/wedding. Like did i miss an episode with the whole explanation?? Or even Pi-young trying to talk herself out of it, even if its "this is crazy but i like him". I just want something for a rationale.
I think PY is vulnerable now as she is suddenly single and still kinda mourning her mom. I think she is trying to be practical but DM is laying it on pretty heavy and I can see why she would be charmed by him. His pace and his reputation as a playboy are big red flags for me. But I think considering DM has such a notorious reputation as a player, him declaring his devotion to PY is probably not an act. This is probably the first woman he has ever pursued that gave him any ounce of hesitation of being in a relationship with him. But then he could see her as a challenge and that may seem exciting to him. Then once he has her he’ll get bored and cut her loose. He was attracted to her from a scream after all so it’s not like this guy has any depth. Whatever the case PY needs to run away from this guy fast.
I think Pi-young can’t help but be flattered and is just going along because he’s so persistent and she’s kinda hopeful sleeping with her will get him to get over it and move on to someone else. It’s gotta be flattering that someone young goes after her even if it’s only temporary

The only ‘rationale’ I can find in PY’s attitude towards SDM impulsive actions is the deep need of a betrayed loving wife in denial to feel being desired, sweet-talked and “loved” for the first time after her separation & divorce. As she herself has admitted several times already, she had wanted to give Yu Shin an opportunity to mend his enormous mistakes; yet she had not learned how to forgive. “Where there was fire 🔥, embers remain” (English translation of a Spanish saying). 🇵🇷

I’m agreeing w/TTE about the kiddos in the series. They had very substantial airtime and made the most of it. Particularly J’ia as she exhibited great maturity that I don’t think even I could have pulled off. I loved the scene w/J’ia and PY when the divorce was confirmed. I liked the way they discussed it w/out the histrionics. U-Ram displayed maturity too after he realized that his mom deserved to be happy. He coulda been a pouty little douche but he accepted the situation, albeit not immediately. Speaking of pouty little douches, Hye-ryung please stand up! I noticed the attitude she was giving Si-eun when the ladies met up. I’m glad she didn’t acknowledge her behavior. I’m gonna love when HR finds out about PY and DM. That is gonna be a must-see episode. I love that HR thinks she is so adroit at manipulation when she is just a major bust. “Ghost” Won sure scared the beejeezus outta her. My theory is that Won appeared the way she did to spook HR so that she will stay away from Bada. The last thing she would have wanted is for HR to help raise her baby. Sa-Hyeon seems checked out. He is clearly preoccupied w/his grief for Won. I think that is why he walked past HR w/out acknowledging her. That dude is in a fog of mourning. I think of all the cheating husbands, he is the only one who didn’t have regrets. I don’t condone cheating but his marriage w/HR was a bad one. He didn’t handle things correctly but I don’t fully blame him. DM is really getting intense w/PY. I’m still against them getting together but he was putting on a romantic clinic. His pace is too fast to ignore though. On the other hand, I tend to think that his intentions albeit rushed, are genuine because the guy has been a player all his life so him declaring his devotion to PY is probably not an act. I’m surprised that GB is still showing concern for DM, especially after he f’ed her over not once, but TWICE! I’m glad Mr. Seo told his dad to hit the bricks. If the TTE community are correct in their notion about him dying, then I’m glad he is embracing his happiness before it’s too late. And Grandma DM, of course she has an agenda with her acting all nice outta the blue. Time will tell what it is.
I mean I said the same sa-hyeon handled it wrongly but overall he’s the only cheat I can actually understand the woman was simply impossible and I doubt him speaking to her would have changed anything so he should have broken it off first but I really understand him he was emotionally abused and HR fans act like she was the one who was done dirty yes only at the end though because she abused that loving guy for years so I’d say he is rather the victim but just that his sins were more apparent because he cheated

A lot of people look at relationships in black and white meaning that they think that if someone does something that is deemed wrong or in violation of the relationship, then that person is the bad one. In some cases that is very true, but in Sa-hyeon's case it is not that simple. Did he cheat in his marriage? Yes, but Hye-ryung was a selfish, intolerable spouse and her behavior drove him to look for comfort outside the marriage. People are fallible and with matters of the heart that shortcoming becomes more intensified. I think Song Won tried hard to dissuade Sa-hyeon, but after a while she gave into her emotions. Again it wasn't right, but I can understand why they got caught up considering the context of his relationship with Hye-ryung, so I don't see him or Song Won as villains. It is just how Pi-young explained it to J'ia about Yu-sin really.

She is different from the other two who devoted themselves to the family. Also, she got everything she wanted from the parents. I didn't have a problem with her before, but this season just by saying someone "deserved" to die as a punishment for cheating, bye girl! You don't wish ill to anyone, just walk away and live your life.

I feel you when you say how you feel about Pi-Young and DongMa relationship. It’s just like a dream and you woke up becoming real. How the hell they decided to make it like that? Doesn’t seem so natural, we watched in season 1 is the beginning of all the affairs, Season 2 is when the admitted it and Season 3 is like someone just flip over their hands. Things happen oppositely just like that, which is good. We can enjoy the good fair revenge from all that have been betrayed and hurt, but so quick. Looks like there won’t be anymore season after this 😂👏🏾👏🏾

The writer for this Drama is known to be CRAZY 🤪 in Korea. She did some crazy shows. People watch the show just to see how crazy the story unfolds. There are certainly some rumours around the sudden death of the writer's late husband. Yes it is true.
I think a lot of people are ignoring the fact that this was obviously written to make life more than fair for the women. And that the demographic they’re obviously writing for is for women who have been married or are married and they want to give the viewers a fairytale ending. Making sure karma is had by all and giving those who got cheated on an upgraded spouse and spot in life. That’s my take on all that’s happening. Good observation on the 3 season thing I didn’t catch it the first time, it’s too bad they have to finish all this in 3 seasons they could have really made it so much longer and angsty.

I HOPE the WRITERS will not deviate from the sensible, sensitive , wise character developed during Seasons 1&2! Accordingly, She should eventually end her relationship with DM; and, even perhaps reach a mentally healthy understanding with a more mature & wiser Dr. SYS. 🇵🇷
