This episode was cool. I loved what Hye Ryoung did at the press conference. I was like, yes, girl tell the business before they twist things back on you. I honestly got bored with all the clips from the husband and the mistress and the parents. It's such a waste of time, and frankly, why so much dragging??? I don't have any sympathy for them at all, and if the writer wants them to be together, then let them and focus on the three wives and what they are up to. Mr. So is having Pi Young and Hye Ryoung into him is funny to watch. A-Mi getting on the nerves of Dong Mi is hilarious. Dong Mi met her match. Let's see what the last two episodes will be hopefully they wrap it up nicely and don't drag to much. Hope the wives get their revenge by living their best life as possible.
The reason Mr. Seo seems more open is bc the women are now divorced so the dynamic can change. He’s more open to hanging out with them bc he isn’t disrespecting the marriage. Everyone is single now so he can hang out with them and share more personal info. He’s a good guy who doesn’t like drama. He’s going to end up with the professors wife.
I can’t stand Sa Hyun’s scenes and forward every second of it. He should have thought about the consequences of having an affair. No sympathy for that whole family either. The most shocking part of this episode was the press conference Hye Ryung did. I kept thinking it was just a fantasy scene but wow!! I have mixed feelings about it but at the same time I think it was so necessary in getting them to understand the hurt and pain they have caused someone-no matter how her now ex-husband’s family feels about Hye Ryung. I really don’t like that it looks like they are setting up the girls to potentially fight over Mr. Seo. Like please no! Again I think A Mi is somehow punishment for Dong Mi because she never thought Yu Shin would have eyes for a younger woman. I’m with you-I don’t like A Mi, but love how much she trolls Dong Mi. I’m just wondering if A Mi is ever going to stop being delusional about this deep love she feels for Yu Shin. I’m curious how they are going to wrap up this season as there are storylines that need closure. An example is Dong Mi’s ghost husband-is he going to get revenge or not? Also wth happened to the horse accident we saw a couple episodes ago? I’m so hoping that they’ll be able to wrap up this season neatly.

I think Hye Ryung is the hardest for me to sympathize with mainly because of her attitude. I really do want her to find her happiness but I don’t want her to use other people to do it. Her reason for pursuing Mr. Seo is an example of this. She’s thinking about how it would make her ex and his family feel is she marries someone affluent.

Though the she has been dragged out a bit, the episodes literally confronted their ideas about marriage and why men cheat. Pi Young believed that her being perfect in every way would mean her husband wouldn’t cheat on her but he did. Si Eun thought her husband wouldn’t cheat because he was a professor and has children but he did. Hye Ryung thought her husband wouldn’t cheat because she’s beautiful and for the most part her husband catered to everything she wants but he cheated. Whether we agree with the writers or not, in their own way they are answering the question. I’m most curious about Yu Shin’s character… I really don’t know what he truly feels because he’s the kind of guy that knows how to make people feel important… I want to know more behind his thought process and would love to see Si Eun love her best life.

I agree, there needs to be more scenes of Si-eun. She and Mr Seo would make a better match. Although she has suffered the loss of her husband like the other 2 ladies she is the most grounded in her thinking. Si-eun is more compassionate and empathetic to everyone’s situation. She looks beyond the now and realize whatever decision they make will have lasting consequences. Mr Seo is so chill I believe he would be more attracted to no drama Si-eun. I hope they are faking us out and Mr Seo and Si-eun are together in the end.

OMG loved every minute ( even the ghost scene - glad writer got the green light! 😂 😝) Dong-mi and AMi are way too much but I just love it… Dong-mi has the best kdrama facial expressions of all time (hall of famer) you almost don’t need subtitles. My dream if Pi-Young and Mr Seo hooking up is becoming a reality!! 😁 and I just knew Dong-ma ( Bu Bae) would get to Gabin to sabotage wedding… how can she resist 😍. The pace of last couple episodes convincing me that it will be a wrap with Season 2 😭 Weekend mornings will not be the same🥺 and will really miss these hilarious reviews which are just too good 👍

BHR did the correct thing. She is a public figure in SK with a fanbase. It's better to get ahead of the drama rather than the base finding out on their own. That would put her job in jeopardy and bury her socially and professionally. She never told the parents she wouldn't say anything and they are so gullible and believe any sweetness toward them. Plus they clearly favored her mistress so why should she protect them? They didn't consider her and immediately started badmouthing her to the mistress. The Pans are dense af. They thought their son could divorce, have a child, and marry a 45 year old woman in months and they wouldn't get any blowback. His ex wife was a public figure. What did they expect? They were going to badmouth BHR and frame her as the bad guy. She just beat them to it. What would they say about her anyway? She didn't cook? She made him go to the gym? She didn't visit a lot? She didn't take care of him when he was sick? She hit him when she found out his situation?Their views are old fashioned as they wear hanboks at home. SK is a country with a lot of young professionals and they wouldn't think that is more egregious than their son impregnating a 45 year old woman while married to his wife. Either way he was going to get dragged. The Pan Parents complaining about how their son is a bad judge of character and fell for a pretty face in regards to BHR COMPLETELY applies to his situation with SW. It is ironic because they are doing the same thing with SW. They don't know that lady. I think that was foreshadowing. We are about to get to the bottom of SW. She's the only character who has no other character close to her on the screen. We saw a friend but that's it.

There's something off about Mr. Seo, i remember my comment in Season one last year, where i said he might be Gay, not that there's something wrong with being Gay. i am bisexual guy myself but i cant shake this feeling off, although i doubt the writers in Korea would go that route. I feel like if A-mi saw how close Yu-shin is with his daughter, she will get jealous because she wants attention and try to do something to harm Ji-a which I really don’t want to happen. But Ji-a needs to know what’s going on with her parents! I mean I know she won’t be their because it’s her husband’s mistress. But I can tell that Seo bin really likes the writer and she doesn’t act like Pi young and hye Reyong trying to get his heart. But something tells me Pi-young with Seo-bin and Ji-a at the pool might just be a fantasy of her’s I think I really do. We don’t see her being selfish like Pi-young and Hye-Reyong and plus he doesn’t know about the writers divorce and she doesn’t tell him like the others did with their divorce p. I really didn’t like the writers having to two of them fighting for him, but I do want them to live a happy life and have the husbands live in misery.

Agreed! I am not pleased with wasting too much time on inlaws and ghost for nothing. I mean if the ghost scene does imply some important key, it is okay but with ghost scene for dancing and roaming around... well why wastes time on it. With 2 episodes left, I am convinced that they will make 3rd season which personally I prefer them to wrap things up in season 2 otherwise it could either be too long, too many unnecessary scenes and eventually lost interest.
I believe they were teasing to say this is what will happen at the end of season 3; If they have a season 3 that might explain these odd marriages, however, I do not believe that 3 people all had this marriage daydream? It's ridiculous to me, and Yu Shin crazy step momma when she was coming out the room carrying that blanket she was happy, she doesn't like Ami and Ami was nowhere around when Jia came and Yu Shin was not dressed up for a wedding, so something happened in between that time and the weddings. Mr. Seo and Songwon knew each other if you look back when they saw one another previously, and PY had already meet Dongma, but when did Ami and Seo-Hyung meet? (though they do seem a match) Last but not least, I wish the writer(s) STOP making the wives weak and the cheating husband/mistress the stronger ones. In reality this is will not be the case. If you going to write about marriage/divorce; then you have to look at real marriages/divorce. I do not know of any married woman who caught her husband cheating act so weakly like they have portrayed these wives, but you make the mistresses seem to be above. Ga-bin's parents dying in the car accident was sad. I'm not sure what kind of stage production she is starring in, but the fact that they would not let her go deal with her family stuff is nuts. I mean her parents died. Have they ever heard of an understudy? Looks like Dong-ma is trying to get back in with Ga-bin. Hae-ryeon better watch out. Pi-young crushing on Mr. Seo is hilarious because Mr. Seo seems so oblivious. I think Yu-sin thinks that Pi-young and Mr. Seo had something going on before hand just recalling back to when she was acting so weird when she saw him at the swimming pool that one time. He may accuse her of that in the next episodes when he threatens to take Ji-a from her. A-mi and Dong-mi going at it is funny. I don't really like either one of them but I am glad A-mi is not intimidated by Dong-mi. She needs to stand up for herself. I hope she confronts Yu-sin about him pulling her arm away from him when he saw Pi-young at the theater. That is a big red flag for her that she needs to confront. I really thought it was very touching to see that intimate moment between Sae-hyeon and Song Won when they were talking in bed. The way they got together was wrong but they do seem to really love each other. Sae-hyeon and Song Won were so happy for most of the episode that I knew something was gonna come crashing down on them. Hye-ryung blindsided them with that press conference. Knowing all that went down between the two, was it really called for to ruin the guy's livelihood and his parent's social standing which in turn could affect his golf course business. I'm sure some will say "Hell yeah!" considering that he cheated on her and got his mistress pregnant. However, she led them to believe that she had accepted the situation and seemed to part with them amicably, even getting an expensive house out of the deal. I would have rather her gone out screaming with threats and vitriol than to dupe them into believing she was cool with everything and then to turn around to ruin their lives. Her disingenuous demeanor made her seem very petty. I was starting to give her credit for doing the right thing by ending her hopeless marriage. I think her pursuit of Mr. Seo will blow up in her face though. I can't see Mr. Seo putting up with her. He is too chill to deal with someone who is so manipulative. It will be fun to see Hye-ryung and Pi-young duke it out over Mr. Seo who has absolutely no clue. It will be especially so if he ends up with Si-eun. And Ghost grandpa...what can one say? He just seems to make appearances for comic relief now. It is insanely weird and gratuitous, but I guess someone thinks he serves a purpose. Two more episodes to go.

I think HR did the right things. She was in the relationship in which husband and the in laws praised the mistress more than hers. Worse, husband just stay with her but pay her no attention and so. Though she got the expensive house as she wanted, but that is all her rights. Her interview was "he asked her for divorced" and she just gave out the right statement as he did mention once. And when the report ask why did she agreed, she just reply that what can she do when it is not only her (mistress). By her truth statement and no mention of the mistress's name, I personally found this is right, polite and lawful. In many country, even Thailand, you can sue Mistress and Inlaws for cheating on you and the situation can be worse. For woman, if you answer "divorce because we dont feel we are good match," trust me in Asian society people will keep saying "yeah she is probably a bad wife and blah blah." I found that just tell that "oh, he has another person" is better because it wont be hers problem anymore. And yes, this comes with better result. Dirty game should come when she cheat but blame other during press, but hers, I think they deserve it to be honest. I couldnt imagine how depress I will be when my inlaws did to me like Im in fault and my husband just is like a corpse when he is with me. And when you see his bed scene with mistress, it recalls me their bed scene in Episode 1 Season 1. He said that her head is not heavily so she can use his arm as a pillow, but when it was HR in some episode, he just said it was heavy and he got tired..... so yeah this in-laws deserves it. And it would be on news for sometimes, people could forget it easily anyway, I guess.

Both Sa Pi Young and Hye Rung were quick off the bat to announce their divorces to him and ask him for a coffee and cocktail respectively. He doesn't look interested in Hye Rung at all. He seems to enjoy Sa Pi Youngs charms so let's see.
I don’t think he knows SiEun’s sister. In the first season when the colleagues all got together for drinks, she really tried to dress up and look pretty and none of the other wife’s noticed. Only Mr. Seo noticed and said, “this must be SiEun’s younger sister”. He was complementing her.
Looks like the engineer is suddenly the object of affection of the two newly divorced women. I had a wild thought that maybe he is gay. But that is a stretch since Korea is quite sensitive to this issue. I still think the ghost of the old man is out of place. We have two last episodes and still no sign of how this ghost fits in. What happened to A Mi s biological father who fell off the horse? Of the three wives I have less sympathy for the DJ. She was an unbearable wife that wanted to control even her husband s attire and food. Taking advantage of her in laws money was realistic and consistent to her character. She got the most of her three-year marriage. It is good to show that one of the three wives is not a saint. I would like to see the writer loosen up a bit. Her world revolved around her children. She is a saint. Lastly, at the end of each episode where they show clips of the next episode: I think it us not fair to show scenes that did not happen but only in the characters' mind like the parts when A Mi punched Dong Mi and when the engineer introduced the DJ to his brother as the future sister in law. Those were only thoughts. It is not fair to audience to be misled.
I'm not enjoying all the sadness. Ami is ignorant and it doesn't make sense a Dr. would be so dumb to fall for her. I would love the Dr getting back with his wife. IT WOULD BE NICE TO HAVE MORE JOY AND HAPPY EVER AFTER.
I am all for joy and happy but if we are honest the doctor never really had time for his wife he was always running his azz off to meet his mistress or something else. Parents usually look out for their own children. Hye-Ryoung isn't their daughter. She's a daughter-in-law, and a bitchy one, plus she wasn't their choice anyway. They weren't that crazy about her, nor was she about them. Ultimately they sided with their offspring, which is natural, and they never condoned his infidelity. She got a whole damn house, overlooking the Han River, which feeds her materialistic nature. Her pride is hurt, that's all. I would be much more understanding if she actually loved him. But she doesn't. Seo won't end up with her, so she needs to be careful about burning bridges. Her ex's parents are wealthy, and had she gotten over herself, she could have had some strong allies, who would have helped her, just because their son cheated.. But she chose to be herself and go low...not because she loves her husband, but because she's mad he loves someone else. She's so fake...trying to appear like a wounded wife. Pi-Young is a much better choice - she's more mature and waaay more pleasant. I think they make a lovely couple. They may not end up together either. You can tell Seo doesn't like messy drama.

The most shocking part of this episode was the press conference Hye Ryung did. I kept thinking it was just a fantasy scene but wow!! I have mixed feelings about it but at the same time I think it was so necessary in getting them to understand the hurt and pain they have caused someone-no matter how her now ex-husband’s family feels about Hye Ryung.
I really don’t like that it looks like they are setting up the girls to potentially fight over Mr. Seo. Like please no!

I think Hye Ryung is the hardest for me to sympathize with mainly because of her attitude. I really do want her to find her happiness but I don’t want her to use other people to do it. Her reason for pursuing Mr. Seo is an example of this. She’s thinking about how it would make her ex and his family feel is she marries someone affluent.

Though the she has been dragged out a bit, the episodes literally confronted their ideas about marriage and why men cheat. Pi Young believed that her being perfect in every way would mean her husband wouldn’t cheat on her but he did. Si Eun thought her husband wouldn’t cheat because he was a professor and has children but he did. Hye Ryung thought her husband wouldn’t cheat because she’s beautiful and for the most part her husband catered to everything she wants but he cheated. Whether we agree with the writers or not, in their own way they are answering the question. I’m most curious about Yu Shin’s character… I really don’t know what he truly feels because he’s the kind of guy that knows how to make people feel important… I want to know more behind his thought process and would love to see Si Eun love her best life.

I agree, there needs to be more scenes of Si-eun. She and Mr Seo would make a better match. Although she has suffered the loss of her husband like the other 2 ladies she is the most grounded in her thinking. Si-eun is more compassionate and empathetic to everyone’s situation. She looks beyond the now and realize whatever decision they make will have lasting consequences. Mr Seo is so chill I believe he would be more attracted to no drama Si-eun. I hope they are faking us out and Mr Seo and Si-eun are together in the end.

OMG loved every minute ( even the ghost scene - glad writer got the green light! 😂 😝) Dong-mi and AMi are way too much but I just love it… Dong-mi has the best kdrama facial expressions of all time (hall of famer) you almost don’t need subtitles. My dream if Pi-Young and Mr Seo hooking up is becoming a reality!! 😁 and I just knew Dong-ma ( Bu Bae) would get to Gabin to sabotage wedding… how can she resist 😍. The pace of last couple episodes convincing me that it will be a wrap with Season 2 😭 Weekend mornings will not be the same🥺 and will really miss these hilarious reviews which are just too good 👍

BHR did the correct thing. She is a public figure in SK with a fanbase. It's better to get ahead of the drama rather than the base finding out on their own. That would put her job in jeopardy and bury her socially and professionally. She never told the parents she wouldn't say anything and they are so gullible and believe any sweetness toward them. Plus they clearly favored her mistress so why should she protect them? They didn't consider her and immediately started badmouthing her to the mistress.

There's something off about Mr. Seo, i remember my comment in Season one last year, where i said he might be Gay, not that there's something wrong with being Gay. i am bisexual guy myself but i cant shake this feeling off, although i doubt the writers in Korea would go that route. I have always felt that the baby was not his baby because I can see the vacant look in her eyes sometimes when she is with him. I am not pleased with wasting too much time on inlaws and ghost for nothing. I mean if the ghost scene does imply some important key, it is okay but with ghost scene for dancing and roaming around... well why wastes time on it.
With 2 episodes left, I am convinced that they will make 3rd season which personally I prefer them to wrap things up in season 2 otherwise it could either be too long, too many unnecessary scenes and eventually lost interest.
I believe they were teasing to say this is what will happen at the end of season 3; If they have a season 3 that might explain these odd marriages, however, I do not believe that 3 people all had this marriage daydream? It's ridiculous to me, and Yu Shin crazy step momma when she was coming out the room carrying that blanket she was happy, she doesn't like Ami and Ami was nowhere around when Jia came and Yu Shin was not dressed up for a wedding, so something happened in between that time and the weddings. Mr. Seo and Songwon knew each other if you look back when they saw one another previously, and PY had already meet Dongma, but when did Ami and Seo-Hyung meet? (though they do seem a match)
Last but not least, I wish the writer(s) STOP making the wives weak and the cheating husband/mistress the stronger ones. In reality this is will not be the case. If you going to write about marriage/divorce; then you have to look at real marriages/divorce. I do not know of any married woman who caught her husband cheating act so weakly like they have portrayed these wives, but you make the mistresses seem to be above. I don't know why PY has to explain herself to Yu Shin when she DIVORCED him!! Ga-bin's parents dying in the car accident was sad. I'm not sure what kind of stage production she is starring in, but the fact that they would not let her go deal with her family stuff is nuts. I mean her parents died. Have they ever heard of an understudy? Looks like Dong-ma is trying to get back in with Ga-bin. Hae-ryeon better watch out. Pi-young crushing on Mr. Seo is hilarious because Mr. Seo seems so oblivious. I think Yu-sin thinks that Pi-young and Mr. Seo had something going on before hand just recalling back to when she was acting so weird when she saw him at the swimming pool that one time. He may accuse her of that in the next episodes when he threatens to take Ji-a from her. A-mi and Dong-mi going at it is funny. I don't really like either one of them but I am glad A-mi is not intimidated by Dong-mi. She needs to stand up for herself. I hope she confronts Yu-sin about him pulling her arm away from him when he saw Pi-young at the theater. That is a big red flag for her that she needs to confront. I really thought it was very touching to see that intimate moment between Sae-hyeon and Song Won when they were talking in bed. The way they got together was wrong but they do seem to really love each other. Sae-hyeon and Song Won were so happy for most of the episode that I knew something was gonna come crashing down on them. Hye-ryung blindsided them with that press conference. Knowing all that went down between the two, was it really called for to ruin the guy's livelihood and his parent's social standing which in turn could affect his golf course business. I'm sure some will say "Hell yeah!" considering that he cheated on her and got his mistress pregnant. However, she led them to believe that she had accepted the situation and seemed to part with them amicably, even getting an expensive house out of the deal. I would have rather her gone out screaming with threats and vitriol than to dupe them into believing she was cool with everything and then to turn around to ruin their lives. Her disingenuous demeanor made her seem very petty. I was starting to give her credit for doing the right thing by ending her hopeless marriage. I think her pursuit of Mr. Seo will blow up in her face though. I can't see Mr. Seo putting up with her. He is too chill to deal with someone who is so manipulative. It will be fun to see Hye-ryung and Pi-young duke it out over Mr. Seo who has absolutely no clue. It will be especially so if he ends up with Si-eun. And Ghost grandpa...what can one say? He just seems to make appearances for comic relief now. It is insanely weird and gratuitous, but I guess someone thinks he serves a purpose. Two more episodes to go.

I think HR did the right things. She was in the relationship in which husband and the in laws praised the mistress more than hers. Worse, husband just stay with her but pay her no attention and so. Though she got the expensive house as she wanted, but that is all her rights.
Her interview was "he asked her for divorced" and she just gave out the right statement as he did mention once. And when the report ask why did she agreed, she just reply that what can she do when it is not only her (mistress). By her truth statement and no mention of the mistress's name, I personally found this is right, polite and lawful. In many country, even Thailand, you can sue Mistress and Inlaws for cheating on you and the situation can be worse.
For woman, if you answer "divorce because we dont feel we are good match," trust me in Asian society people will keep saying "yeah she is probably a bad wife and blah blah." I found that just tell that "oh, he has another person" is better because it wont be hers problem anymore. And yes, this comes with better result.
Dirty game should come when she cheat but blame other during press, but hers, I think they deserve it to be honest. I couldnt imagine how depress I will be when my inlaws did to me like Im in fault and my husband just is like a corpse when he is with me. And when you see his bed scene with mistress, it recalls me their bed scene in Episode 1 Season 1. He said that her head is not heavily so she can use his arm as a pillow, but when it was HR in some episode, he just said it was heavy and he got tired..... so yeah this in-laws deserves it. Ya I don’t think she had to expose them like that. The media would have figured it all out on their own and she would have still come out, smelling like a rose. We wanted to see revenge and I guess this really is what revenge tastes like. Completely blindsided them. In the end, she screwed her chances with Mr Seo, not that she stood a chance anyway.
Who is Seo Ban going to end up with? So far he's mentioned Si Euns sister and seems to respect her, no chemistry there. Both Sa Pi Young and Hye Rung were quick off the bat to announce their divorces to him and ask him for a coffee and cocktail respectively. He doesn't look interested in Hye Rung at all. He seems to enjoy Sa Pi Youngs charms so let's see.
I don’t think he knows SiEun’s sister. In the first season when the colleagues all got together for drinks, she really tried to dress up and look pretty and none of the other wife’s noticed. Only Mr. Seo noticed and said, “this must be SiEun’s younger sister”. He was complementing her.

Looks like the engineer is suddenly the object of affection of the two newly divorced women. I had a wild thought that maybe he is gay. But that is a stretch since Korea is quite sensitive to this issue. I still think the ghost of the old man is out of place. We have two last episodes and still no sign of how this ghost fits in. What happened to A Mi s biological father who fell off the horse? Of the three wives I have less sympathy for the DJ. She was an unbearable wife that wanted to control even her husband s attire and food. Taking advantage of her in laws money was realistic and consistent to her character. She got the most of her three-year marriage. It is good to show that one of the three wives is not a saint. I would like to see the writer loosen up a bit. Her world revolved around her children. She is a saint. Lastly, at the end of each episode where they show clips of the next episode: I think it us not fair to show scenes that did not happen but only in the characters' mind like the parts when A Mi punched Dong Mi and when the engineer introduced the DJ to his brother as the future sister in law. Those were only thoughts. It is not fair to audience to be misled.
The worst characters in the show are that of Ami and Yu-sin.

I am all for joy and happy but if we are honest the doctor never really had time for his wife he was always running his azz off to meet his mistress or something else. Parents usually look out for their own children. Hye-Ryoung isn't their daughter. She's a daughter-in-law, and a bitchy one, plus she wasn't their choice anyway. They weren't that crazy about her, nor was she about them. Ultimately they sided with their offspring, which is natural, and they never condoned his infidelity. She got a whole damn house, overlooking the Han River, which feeds her materialistic nature. Her pride is hurt, that's all. I would be much more understanding if she actually loved him. But she doesn't.
Seo won't end up with her, so she needs to be careful about burning bridges. Her ex's parents are wealthy, and had she gotten over herself, she could have had some strong allies, who would have helped her, just because their son cheated.. But she chose to be herself and go low...not because she loves her husband, but because she's mad he loves someone else. She's so fake...trying to appear like a wounded wife.
Pi-Young is a much better choice - she's more mature and waaay more pleasant. I think they make a lovely couple. They may not end up together either. You can tell Seo doesn't like messy drama.
