NOW, THERE YOU GO!! A Dragon fruit frame even I. as a 73year old lady can make myself!! I even have the pieces of scrap wood, and some screws -m- cant wait to do it tomorrow morning!! Thanks so much, my poor neglected Dragon fruit is going to be so happy, it will be singing!! God Bless!! Love the rustic look, mine will be even more rustic and oh, so artistic!!!!
I'm so glad to see the update & progress from baby DF seedlings to mature. Im growing from adult cuttings , hope I get fruit by next spring. Adult DF cutting can produce fruit in 9-18month depending the climate. Our Phoenix Arizona weather is hot , we get 1 fruit season maybe 2. Some countries get 3-4 fruit cycles per year

Hey Alex, Great video. Keep them coming. I like the use of pallet wood, always a great way to save a little money

Love the simplicity.
Thanks 😀
It adds character, nice frame
I would have left the knob as well. Gives it some character.
it does!
I've been searching for a way to build a support structure for a couple established DF plants that were gifted to me. I think this'll do the trick!
Thanks @busyinoc Hope it works out! 😀 Happy growing!! 🌱
Are the dragonfruit plants you grown from seed 2 years old?
yeah some are, the one I build the specific frame for was a cutting I made about the same time from a good dragon fruit.
Doesn't the part of the wooden pole in contact with the wet ground rot, causing the structure to fall?🤔🤔
I believe with wood such as pine, the wood would rot, but hard woods would avoid that problem.
As @LYDreamCT said hard woods are better and more resistant, and that's also why I gave it a plastic wrap, to keep the moist soil off the wood.
