-how many ferritin isoforms present?
-Why does H-Ferritin is iron rich? while L-ferritin is iron poor?
- Explain ferroxidase activity and why it is important for storing iron inside ferritin?
-What are the functions of H-ferritin?
-What are the functions of L-ferritin?
-Which ferritin isoform has pseudogenes?
- How H-ferritin can modulate immune response?
-What is the relation between H-ferritin and type IV hypersensitivity?
- Which chromosome has genes encoding for L-ferritin?

Correction: Please note Ferric is not soluble in human due to PH , it is soluble in water only, when PH is below 3.5.

can we increase our ferritin by eating animal livers and hearts? I currently eat liver but I have no idea if it is helping or not. If it should work then my next move would be to switch to eating hearts.
