Miss Nashi is a medical scientist who likes her work; she is passionately curious and eager for learning. Her main interest is research and teaching. This channel reflects her teaching skills. Her goal is to spread knowledge among medical scientists and other medical professions, especially those with full time job and families to look after and no time for learning. The more knowledge staff they have the better results patients receive.
English is her second language, so please forgive her for grammar mistakes if it happens. She hopes her accent is clear enough to understand.

Creatinine test using Jaffe method (this is what happened inside the cuvette of automated analyser).
-- Notice the colour difference when creatinine react the colour is transparent and dark, while the interference colour is different and slightly turbid.
- The tubes to the right are the reagents. to the left creatinine reaction in different concentrations. the darker the colour reflects the higher concentration.

This Channel is a good source of information for medical scientist mainly and other medical professions in addition to researchers and students both under/post graduate.
i thought this was or explaining what jaffé is
Please make more videos, the videos are highly informative..
can we increase our ferritin by eating animal livers and hearts? I currently eat liver but I have no idea if it is helping or not. If it should work then my next move would be to switch to eating hearts.
Thanks for your feedback, I agree with you the topic is a bit dry, however, if your in charge of sample processing, then it is really a matter of how to do and how to check if you do it correctly. If you have questions I'm happy to help you, you can reach me by commenting on any of my videos and I will receive your questions.
For future videos, it's better to explain the "why" something is important before explaining the "how". By reversing that order, listeners tend to stop listening until they hear the "why" and won't absorb any information from the "how" portion. Thank you for the information. It's difficult as a student already, it would help a lot if educators worked on organizing content in a more effective way conducive to learning. This seems to be a big issue when it comes to any STEM-heavy content it seems.

Correction: Please note Ferric is not soluble in human due to PH , it is soluble in water only, when PH is below 3.5.
Great work
