Have xuv 3xo mx3 petrol manual variant and yesterday I travelled 500 kms on mixed roads like ORR, highway, 2 lane, interior villages. Got 14kmpl tank to tank test with 3 adults one child with full luggage and continuous AC on with speed ranging between 90 to 120.
in city traffice where u stop at a few signals and reach upto 40 50 kmph max on open stretches the mileage for xuv 3xo is low. it gives u power but compromises on average. 10 11 max in city. highways pretty much all cars give 14 and above when serviced on time.
been using brezza for over 6 months. getting 15-22 kmpl (city-highways). so happy with the purchase. 4 star safety, 1.5l engine, only car with rear quarter glass, lighter on partsprice. also only car in the segment we are paying 45% tax. so maruti is actually earning less and the govt is earning more. even with that maruti is offering the most vfm in the segment
The ones who commented know the hard work that goes in not just behind this video, but also actually testing those cars and putting in real-world figures. 7 cars tested over 7 hours and may be over 7 months. But just 7 secs for you to judge and comment. Next time lets do better. 🙂

Excellent work by Carwale! Especially nowadays with turbo engine, there is too much disparity between actual mileage compared to claimed figure. This information is extremely useful to make right purchase decision.

There are some issues in this comparison. One, diesel are overlooked. Two, manuals are overlooked. Three, only the top models are used for example 1200 cc NA was not considered here, lower manual versions of Brezza do not have micro-hybrid assistance. Maybe a few more videos could help
Was searching for a small micro suv like the Sonet or Brezza or XUV 3XO as a third car to drive in the city but their mileage in city is almost same as my XUV 700 AX7L AWD+AT which gives 12.7kmpl in city 😅 Looks like the search will have to continue
