Great video. I am in year two of printing and you have given me many ideas for my wish list.
I have accumulated many of my tools over the years from my woodworking experience, but of course there are a number of tools focusing on 3D printing that I have bought more recently. Just take your time with buying tools as you can; at least that’s how I have approached it for me. Thanks for your comment and continued good luck with your 3D printing journey!
really great
great video
I’m glad you liked it. Thanks for the feedback!😊
card scrapers, and hexane accelerator for CA glue. With this accellerator you can glue nylon(!), PLA, and any other plastic I've tried (I haven't tried HDPE but most of us aren't printing that.
I really like the sand paper cutter design.
Thanks for your suggestions and for your feedback!
I use 99% IP because it stays higher percentage for longer, and I can also use it in my alcohol lamp for heating wax working tools (to use on PLA)
great video! (it might help in future to tune your mic settings with a tool like SteelseriesGG or at least run a filter pass when editing)
Thanks for your feedback
Acetone, wire brush, wire strippers, wire crimpers, and feeler gauges are some tools/supplies I commonly use not on your list.
Yes, all great suggestions. Thanks for your comment!
Lots of great suggestions, but … your channel is costing me money! I couldn’t resist the threaded-insert inserter and a few others.
(Does anyone know if Amazon has an only-deliver-when-my-wife-isn’t-home option? 😬)
Lol, well first, I think you will enjoy the thread inserter. Second, I think you have a great idea regarding Amazon deliveries scheduled when your spouse may not be around😊 Thanks for the comment!
Hello there! Your UA-cam channel is absolutely fantastic, and your content is top-notch. While your channel and each video are performing well in terms of SEO, there's definitely room for improvement, particularly in the Title, Description, and Tags sections. Additionally, focusing on promoting your videos to specific social media groups could greatly enhance your subscriber base and viewership organically. Thank you!
All the hex screws in 3d printers are in metric. I personally see no point to have imperial ones.
Yes, you have a good point. For me, having both metric and imperial cover all my workshop needs.
3 cm kidney stone would break a window on its way out
Lol, that’s for sure, Steve😂
no video chapters? i'll watch something else
Although I guess it’s too late for you to reconsider, I did take your comment to heart and I added chapters in the description just now. I previously relied on YT to automatically define the chapters, but I never investigated how to do it manually. I learned that it is easy to create chapters manually so I will use this feature on my future videos (as well as this video)
@@ristinnovations got a sub, like, and watch from me, thanks for updating the video
Hi Donald, I wanted to thank you again for your initial comment about me not having chapters in my description. Since your comment, I have been adding chapters to all future videos. Also, I uploaded a 40 minute video yesterday and since I had hyperlink chapters I wasn't worried because that would allow people to easily skip around the video to watch the sections they were interested in. Thanks again for your original suggestion! -Ken
@@ristinnovations got a full watch and like from me on that video as well. keep up the good work
Fix the link Screw Gages. points to Needle Nose Pliers
Thanks for letting me know. I will fix the link tonight. I appreciate it.
