They only thing that helps a lot of us get through saying goodbye is knowing we gave them the best amount of care we could

My heart goes out to the families that lost their loved ones. The one thing that we can tell through this video is how much they were loved and cared for by their loved ones.
What a great service the ambulance service does for all people in all cities. I am so impressed by how compassionate and the great empathy that these ambulance drivers have for their patience. It must be so hard when they find out afterwards that someone has passed away a few days later, that was in their care . My heart goes out to them as well. Thank you for your service!!🥰🥰🩷🩷

Alan is wonderful. He seems to be the one you could enjoy a cup of coffee or tea with.

The worst part of dementia, the loved ones must watch the patient “die” twice. 😢😢

The COPD, dementia and cancer patients all make me so sad. We have the ability to end the suffering of our companion animals when they have no quality of life, but the law forces us to continue torturing our human loved ones until their flesh gives out and they die in pain and afraid. This makes no sense to me. Humans should have the right to choose the manner, time and place of their death if they have an incurable condition that would rob them of quality of life.

Absolutely. I think exactly the same way. I have a number of chronic illnesses and wish I could be put to sleep, rather than suffering every day.

Hopefully it’s about to change with the government currently in talks about the matter, I only hope we can grant the mercy they wish and desire

      ………my thought exactly, BUT it could’ve been a large O2 cylinder that wasn’t moveable…………

……could be a large cylinder of O2, & it could be bolted in its’ holder, & to a fixture in the bedroom………not all cylinders’ are the small ones’ that the ambos’ have. If you watch medical shows’, look at the size of cylinders’ in an Operating Theatre………

I don't think I'd have wanted her to go in if I were her relative. If she's going to die from an infection, I'd rather it be in the nice warm and comfy home rather than in the cold, sterile environment of a hospital with a bunch of strangers near you and being prodded every hour or two for blood pressure tests. There wasn't much left of her already before she went in FOR the infection to take, and not like they could give "her" back to her husband if they defeated the infection.

Popular in the 60s, they’ve made a major comeback with the young folk. If they enjoy them, I say WTH not!😃
