I love following these UK ambulances shows. I used to be a volunteer fire fighter and first responders medic in Alberta, Canada. I enjoy comparing the way you guys do medical procedures to how we used to do. I say, used to cause medical procedures continue to change all the time, and it has been almost 10 years since I retired. Glad that everyone is on the road to recovery. 🇨🇦
I've had personal experience of the Yorkshire air ambulance, involved in a serious motorbike RTC, they arrived 3 minutes after the ambulance. Unfortunately for me they had a call for a 4 year old girl in an rta so I missed my cabby in the helicopter which is what I was really looking forward to. However the ambulance crew were brilliant 👍👍👍stayed with me for 6 hours while I waited for triage. Bloody waste of their time though I felt.
So far I'm happy to not have needed emergency evac and I have just been travelling in a blackhawk helicopter and hopefully it will stay that way, but if needed I have 100% trust in the crews to take me to safety ❤

Ya it stinks that the ambulance 🚑 crews have to sit it out at hospital 🏥 like that but it's the way it goes I guess
we as a nation are lucky to have such a resource , be careful out there folks
Run entirely on donations.
Wee Regan was tripping balls. I hope I never need a helicopter ambulance but its nice to know they're out there
