After watching Java Jim, anyone can modify the MANUAL pump pressure profile feature on the VBM Dual Boiler Dual Profile espresso machines. Very simple. When the manual pressure is modified, the programmed pressure will remain the same unless manually changed on the screen. The flow control can also be used to control the brew pressure or flow rate at the grouphead level.
