I find your channel not only EXTREMELY helpful, but also I enjoy seeing a Dad and his Lovely daughter having fun together in nature! You are the BEST, hands down!!
I need to watch this video multiple times. So many good tips. The fertilizer components, soil amendments, light, pruning, and watering. All in one video.
Followed your video and it worked! I now have two rubber plants. The top cut is well rooted and growing and the bottom cut has grown three off shoots making it multi-branches. Thank you.
Hi from Russia! I find your video very helpful and also very cute! It's so lovely to see you spending time with your daughter while gardening! I have a one-stem rubber plant and will try to make it bushier following your advice. Unfortunately our climate doesn't allow to keep plants outdoor until about late May, but in summer I will definetely put my plant outdoor and hope it will be bushy in those few month.
Thank you for sharing your knowledge. Your daughter is adorable! :) Just a tip....when I prune my rubber plant, I place little pieces of paper towel over the cuts and the nasty sap doesn't drip everywhere. The next day, the cuts will have sealed and you can gently pull off the paper towel.
This is the best gardening content there is on the internet. Your commitment, dedication and purity of art is not only inspiring, it is extraordinary and unparalleled. Respect for you. I recently got in to gardening and you have made my journey much more wholesome and enjoyable. God bless.
I did exactly like you described in this vedio nd seriously I'm so happppy my rubber plant gave 8 branches from side which is like mind blowing . can't wait to see them grow and bushy thankyou so much
Thank you so much for this video. Really important what you said about the sunlight requirements. All videos on internet say it is a indoor plant and they provide tips for indoor care. This way one of my rubber plant died because I followed indoor instructions. And 2nd one leaves were falling. After keeping them in sunlight for entire months I see new shoots and healthy leaves. Thanks you for your videos and honest gardening.
You are my plant guru....any problem I have I just go to your channel and boom you have a solution video.. my rubber plant was dying because I kept it inside.. then saw your video on keeping it in direct sunlight .. my plant is so so happy I can't believe.. waiting for its stem to be little more hardy before i cut them to produce more branches.. thankyou
I was looking for a video related to the breeding of rubber trees, and I appreciated it. cut the stem nodes and plant them in the soil, and it's amazing that a new root has been formed. And it was nice to be able to see the actual video of trees growing more lushly when cutting new leaves.
This is the information I have been looking for. I have a plant the size of the first one you showed. It's healthy but a bit lopsided, now I know what to do. It is in a pot on my North facing veranda. Thanks & hi from Western Australia.
Recently i have purchased one rubber plant with single stem i saw ur video i was impressed with ur plant and ur techniques if i want to show you my plant how will be possible so u can guide me better
Thanks for sharing very useful informations for creating branches in the rubber plants. Your sweet baby is very adorable. Her appearance makes the video more pleasant. Thanks.
Wow! I'm from Germany and my plant just moved in. It's my first rubber plant and so I informed me and your video popped up. I'm so happy! Your plants are really beautiful!
This is really true. I love growing it as well and produced some works of art, such as, "Twisting Journey", "Portable Live Aerial Root Ladder", and so forth.
I live in a temperate climate, so I can only put it out during the time frame of late spring to early fall, but mine still had an amazing development! I've got 6 new branches. In August however, there was a hailstorm, which wrecked quite a few leaves of my rubber fig, so you do need to watch out for events like that.
Im from guwahati chiristian basti, i find your videos really helpfull thats why whenever i bring a sapling or seed i follow your instructions before sowing..
I swear that what I'm about to say is absolutely true!!! We bought a house 8 years ago in southern Spain. Where there were already 2 large rubber plants in 2 huge pots. They are both in the shade, never ever getting sunlight and I have never fed them. They are not only doing extremely well but are absolutely HUGE. So work that one out 😂.
So beautiful! I can’t wait for Spring/Summer to bring each of my rubber plants back outside. We’re moving into the cooler months now. I hope my rubber plants survive!
Thank you for this video, I moved my plant to the kitchen window it gets lots of sunlight and it doing better but it’s tall and narrow so it’s about to get a prune and I’m going to try reposting the cuttings. Wish me luck
