Having the progress in the video helps enormously. You daughter is lovely and it's nice to see her in the videos. Thanks for this, I'm ready to start propagating my rubber plants.
🕊💚Your little princess reminds me my daughters, one lives in Canada and the other in Norway, far far away from me. Yearning my daughters makes me see them in every beauty😍. I wish you a long happy and healthy life with your family.🙏🏼💕Thank you so much for sharing this great video🙏🏼
Thank you so much for your wonderful words and sorry for the late reply. Sending lots of good wishes to you and your daughters from India 😍😍 Hope, they all are doing great!
Cutting stem in between lil bit has become your new favourite method. Just like you showed for bougainvilleas. If I have access to rubber or croton plant, I will definitely try this method. And as I see sand is your favorite, it's mine too. It's great as rooting media for cuttings.
@@GardeningUpbeat no issues. Lovely video compilation. I really love the way you show the journey from start to end. I wish all gardening channels were like you. Keep going. You rock
Lovely video. I am indeed really appreciative of your kind uploads and sharing your vast knowledge on all the possible plants. I would sincerely request you to make a video listing all the plants you own i.e. a plant tour. Thanks in advance!!
Hello again! I really enjoyed this video, too. I like your use of music here, and am impressed by your results. I am also very pleased to say your secrets to making bushy rubber plants are continuing to serve me well for several types of ficus; thank you! Also, i love your accent and find you easy to understand. ♡
Thank you very much for your feedback! It would be fine..no issue with indirect sunlight. They grow bit faster when provided direct sunlight. Good luck!
So this is an update I made four different plants from one rubber plant I had using least propagation method Due to no availability of direct sunlight or sand, growth is slow though Thank you, so much for these videos
Thanks mate, for your advice. I appreciate your efforts in making this video. I am planning to propagate rubber plant in this spring month of April 2024 in Sydney. Can you let me know why rubber plant shed its leaves please? Is this because of excess watering or lack of watering?
Great presentation 👍👍 You had made similar cut at the base of Croton cuttings during water propagation, I am curious to see the outcome after transferring to soil medium. Kindly show a video on that also; will instill confidence to try at my end. Thank you !
Sorry for the late reply :-( and thank you for your feedback! Sure, I would try my best to do that. Applied almost similar technique on Bougainvillea cuttings too (ua-cam.com/video/XE43mFIMpGI/v-deo.html) and so far they are doing well..Already bloomed once :-)
There could be many issues like - Pest attacks, Lack of nutrients, environmental stress as you got it recently. The 3rd reason is mostly seen on many plants just after buying from nursery. If possible, plz do these thing - 1. Try to provide few hours of morning sunlight at least (3-4 hours) 2. Water only when the top soil dry out. At this stage, more water can kill the plant 3. Repot in a bigger pot once you that plant is starting to do well. In the meantime, you can try applying growth promoter (like Super Sonata, Dose - 1ml in 1 liter water, 1 teaspoon = 5ml) Hope that helps and thank you!
I was ready to throw my rubber tree away all the leaves fell off and the stems shriveled. Recently one stem started growing green stem at the top, should I propogate it and throw away the rest of the plant?
Thank you! Sand is the best option...We can also use Cocopeat or Peat moss but media would remain moist for much longer. Though, I use Cocopeat to propagate many plants. For example - Dwarf Jade plant, Plumeria etc. I already have those video (Playlist - Plant Propagation - Grow Plants From Cuttings)
Thanks! I have a big rubber tree cutting that someone gave me and I want to propagate a few trees from it. I am re watching this video to make sure I dont miss anything! Greetings!@@GardeningUpbeat
The only way I'd get that amount of new growth from cuttings in that short amount of time would be if I moved my plants outside the nuclear power reactor a few towns away.
Yeah..I have this plant..but in ground. So, haven't uploaded till now. Would do soon about growing in pots and hopefully, I would be able to complete it in next flowering cycle. About Bougainvillea propagation - Sorry to hear that..but they actually root well. I have shared 3 methods to propagate Bougainvillea. Can you let me know if you have tried all 3 (first one is the easiest one - ua-cam.com/video/pXWEkllBubo/v-deo.html)? Going to share one more easy method in coming days.
@@GardeningUpbeat thank you so much!!! But the thing is, my breed looks like cordyline but not exactly the same. Upper surface of the leaf is mixture of green and white. Lower surface is completely maroon colour. And not tall. I searched a lot but couldn't find it over internet. I hope you'll try to help🙏🏻
You are most welcome :-) Have a tried using Google Lens? You can download the App and Google lens would try to find the exact plant :-) Not all the times it provides accurate result..but, it's quite helpful.
They got dried - I hope, you didn't keep under direct sunlight. Sometimes, cuttings fail and there are many reasons..we just need to try again. Till now, I have grown way too many plants from cuttings. But not all time I succeed.
After planting the cuttings, keep in bright light but not under direct sunlight. Use sand or other materials that doesn't hold moisture for long. Water only when top surface looks very dry. These are the basic steps. I have many videos about growing plants from cuttings with many updates. If you like, you can check few of them...mainly Bougaivillea, Adenium n Plumeria
So, you failed means it's a FAKE video? Sorry, not getting your logic...Anyway, to be successful with cuttings, it needs practice, patience and care. It's not just like reading ABC. However, if someone has practice, it's not difficult either. I don't do fake videos....You can try once more by taking more care, good luck!

謝謝你!
My rubber plant leaves getting black spots and falling off.. what to do?
Can I grow a black rubber plant with a variegated tineke in a same pot ?? Please let me know
Sure, you can!
Can we plant the cuttings in this month?
It's October and definitely it can be done..Nov-end to Feb is not the ideal time because of Winter..
I have planted propagated rubber plant about 12 days ago, but it seems to be dying , Should I put it in water?
If it's already dying, there is a great chance that the stem already got rotten. If it's true, it would be difficult to save it.
@@GardeningUpbeat no i checked it tody stem seems fine ,just the leaves are drying.
Can I use sand from hardware store?
Sure, we can and I do the same thing! Sorry for the late reply :-(
I just cut my healthy rubber plant, wish me luck😂
No worry and wish you all the best!
Update?
@@ITME.1 Obviously got rotten,, Warr gaya..
Pls, What is the best soil for rubber plants?
Well draining moisture retaining soil. Use epsom salt for growth. Once A month
