  • Hi Everyone! Here is a 9 minute morning flow focused on opening and releasing a tight upper back. I love working on the upper back, not only because it feels so good after, but also because the upper back is naturally a stiffer region of the spine so emphasising work here just frees up a little bit of that tension. Remember to celebrate yourself for showing up and giving your best! Enjoy!!
