- I had started working with Big Fish Small Fish prior to circuit breaker to create an affordable fish and chips experience where you can get a good variety of fish fried in a thin and crisp batter. I like them because they are one of the few places where you get to choose from a range of fish like Haddock, Halibut, Hoki, Salmon, Dory, Seabass etc.

非常感谢🙏分享的鱼资料！非常有用！小小建议一下，fish&chips 没错的话，大多数人误会chips是french fries ，chips在this dish指的是when u bite the fish the crisp sound -chips，因为chips 应该是thin and crisp。
因为英国人说chips指的是薯条(美式英文是fries)但是呢说到薯片(英国人称它为"crispy chips)而且我们称为potato chips
Love fish and chips but usually have the breaded kind which is less sinful than the battered ones that usually have so much unfresh trapped oil. Am a Westie so will head down to try today. Oou, the big draw are the selection of fish and sides. Hope I won't be disappointed.

Pretty Catmint have u tried molly Malone’s? I tried quite Long time ago and thought it was not bad but I like big fish small fish because of variety price and crisps..although Some people like chips la..
