Megadeth has so, SO many amazing songs! I am 100% positive if you listen to more you will change your mind about Metallica being kings of transitions ;) Dream Theater and Rush may be the gods of complexity though..
Another sneaky good song, that is not high in popularity is "Diadems". It has really cool riffs and slow, but heavy groove to it. Also, it has a cool transition that could get you out of your seat.
Dude, I appreciate how your one of the ONLY people who actually takes it back to listen to something again because you really appreciate the musicianship, instead of just mowing through the song to get views.

Hey King. Found you on here in my quest for great music. I agree about Tornado of Souls being if not the best megadeth song, but definitely in the top 5. Nah James has more riff writing magic in his pinky finger than Dave ever has or will. PS just look at who actually wrote (not co wrote) most of the songs on Kill Em All.

Megadeth is full of good songs it doesn't end with Holy wars or tornado of souls. If you have an open mind to different music generas then you'll always find a masterpiece in every album of theirs, long time fan and never let down
Just when you paused to say Metallica are the kings the drum roll followed that Lars could only dream of performing. Lyrics to this more in depth and complexity. Instrumentally a musical masterpiece.
Yep. I watched Metallica's Live at Slane Castle 2019 set the other day. Lars' timing is all over the place, and not in a sorta natural human vs drum machine kinda way, he was too slow and too fast at all the wrong times. Guess that's what happens when you don't practise...
He didn’t say that, he said Metallica is king of the breakdowns. If you gonna get offended at least know what you’re offended about. With that being said, I agree that Lars is overrated asf and not even top 30 metal drummers.
Thanks! I love watching your videos and how you react to music. Those are true reactions for sure! If you thought this one wow'd you. You have to see Megadeth's live performance of "She Wolf" from Rude Awakening. The solos and "dueling guitar solos" are phenomenal . . . and there's a drum solo that will blow your mind.

Hangar 18 will always be my favorite. Good morning Black Friday a close second
This whole album is the bomb. Give Take No Prisoners a listen. One of the best guitar riffs ever in that tune.
Take no shit
That SEG on your face when you hear the best guitar solo in metal, EVER! God bless you, love that cross!
In My Darkest Hour....i think you would dig it!!
Dream Theater- The Count Of Tuscany is a masterpiece hold on bruh!!!!!
If you want dark lyrics check out "good mourning black friday" by them. It's my personal favorite from them.
Oh man😂😂😂 when you called Megadeth 2nd, I couldn't help but picture Dave just totally losing his shit! Your channel has grown on me, really cool to see you digging the metal tunes bro 🤘🤘
your taste in music is exquisite if you like that solo bro
you do appreciate good music indeed
Hanger 18 should obviously be next
Broooo, 5 magic's, Polaris, hangar 18 from megadeth!! Shortest straw from Metallica!
Hell yeah...been waiting for you to do this one for long time.
Good Mourning Black Friday is their best song instrumental wise. You'll lose your shit on that one
Fleetwood Mac: the chain
Try some Steve Vai or Joe Satriani next!! Since you appreciated the solo you might enjoy these two
Surfing with the Alien by Satriani as to be my favorite guitar song. Seriously nuts how he makes his guitar almost talk
Buckethead.
Marty Friedman solo work is also bananas. Try dragon kiss or inferno
@@mikesbadopinions9671 django Reinhardt, game set match
@@hutchtv7640 I guess if you're into music from the 30s
Megadeth has so, SO many amazing songs! I am 100% positive if you listen to more you will change your mind about Metallica being kings of transitions ;)
Dream Theater and Rush may be the gods of complexity though..
Stop it.
@@dakotajones1355 Stop what?
Maiden is the emperor of complexity
Another sneaky good song, that is not high in popularity is "Diadems". It has really cool riffs and slow, but heavy groove to it. Also, it has a cool transition that could get you out of your seat.
Rust in Peace is a classic! Which makes me officially old 😔.
So far, so good is my favorite.
Megadeth has sooooo many good songs
Dude, I appreciate how your one of the ONLY people who actually takes it back to listen to something again because you really appreciate the musicianship, instead of just mowing through the song to get views.
6:19 Yo maaaan wtf haha ya cut it in the best part 😅
Nice reactions btw🤘
React to Megadeth Hangar 18 or Symphony of Destruction
You might like Wake Up Dead, by Megadeth.
So cool to see you enjoying this brother!
On another video you said you like the smooth and mellow type stuff. You'd love the beginning of 'Good Mourning/Black Friday'. Well, it's basically 2 songs in one, the first part (Good Mourning) is this sexy as hell, smooth guitars playing over each other, then starts picking up more when Black Friday starts. It's one of their best songs for sure.
Please also check out "hangar 18" it has like 10 guitar solos also Love "Kick the chair"
Kick the Chair! Hella nice!
Here’s some great Megadeth songs for you to react to:
-Hook in Mouth
-Take no prisoners
-Hangar 18
-Black Friday
-My Last Words
-The Mechannix
Amazing songs. In my opinion, most of those are better than Tornado or Holy Wars!
You are very knowledgeable, and able to appreciate talent; plus you are very good at what you do here.
One of my fav albums off all time. I remember listening to this album at Diana's house and thinking this was the best album ever for its heavy fast guitars. A true Thrash Classic.
more Megadeth for you - Hangar 18, Peace Sells, In My Darkest Hour, Reckoning Day, Youthanasia, Symphony of Destruction, Countdown to Extinction, Architecture of Aggression, Foreclosure of a Dream, Addicted to Chaos, Elysian Fields, I Thought I Knew It All, Trust, Almost Honest, The Right to Go Insane...
some more songs i think you might like, but some Megadeth fans might not - Wanderlust, Breadline, I'll Be There, The Hardest Part of Letting Go...Sealed With A Kiss, 1000 Times Goodbye
Megadeth is the reason for metallicas transition being so good
Dave made metallica then got kicked out and formed megadeth
Hey King. Found you on here in my quest for great music. I agree about Tornado of Souls being if not the best megadeth song, but definitely in the top 5. Check out the live versions of this from each guitarist over the years, there are live videos on UA-cam all over the place. Its amazing that the band went thru so many guitarists but each one is amazing. the live tornado of souls will blow your mind if you love guitar. Thanks for sharing.
That descending scale that end on a crescendo😘 perfect. He orchestrated a storm👏🏻
And it can get better than that.
Good Mourning/Black Friday
Lol, Metallica learned those transitions from former band mate and leader of Megadeth, Dave Mustaine!
Nah James has more riff writing magic in his pinky finger than Dave ever has or will. PS just look at who actually wrote (not co wrote) most of the songs on Kill Em All.
Dave didn't do shit for Metallica. Co-wrote on a few songs.
Mike D finally someone spitting facts!

And those were some of the best songs shitallica produced.
Bala yes Shitallica lol. The best band to ever exist is so upset when you make fun of their name.
What I love the most about seeing people hear songs like this for the first time is that it is very much what I experienced back in 1991. a great metal song will pump you up so much and leave you spent and smiling and happy...…..
Megadeth is full of good songs it doesn't end with Holy wars or tornado of souls. If you have an open mind to different music generas then you'll always find a masterpiece in every album of theirs, long time fan and never let down
Reac to:
Mother - Danzig
Rust in peace... Polaris by megadeth!!!!
Mother by Danzig is the shit!!!!!!!
I wish I could like this more than once.
I remember wearing out this cassette tape as a young man. It was like nothing I had ever heard before.
So glad you did the solo twice. One of my all time favourite solos.
Iron Maiden - Seventh Son of a Seventh Son.
That whole album I constantly play.
It's so damn good man!
Hangar 18
Best guitar solo of all time! Marty you are a legend!
Probably the best guitar solo ever.
Check out Wake Up Dead from Megadeth. Best transitions ever.
Megadeth - The Conjuring
Good Mourning/Black Friday is a great song starts out slow. ends with chills down my spin!
