I just turned 62 and have only been wearing tinted sunscreen for the last year or so. I was a regular foundation wearer for years, but as my skin aged and got dry, I wasn’t liking the results. I recently saw the What The Foundation and decided to give it a try. I ordered the WTF, some miracle balm, and the face pencil. I just received my order and I am absolutely thrilled with the results! I’m very fair skinned and the shades I chose match perfectly. My skin looks slightly dewy and, dare I say, youthful. It even looks amazing on my pores. I’m so impressed and thrilled to have discovered your product.
I'm quite fair-skinned as well (fair, cool olive), and trying to figure out which shade to choose. Which shade did you select, if you don't mind me asking?
I’m 56 and my regular foundation that I loved stopped working for my aging skin. I just bought WTF using the on line questionnaire along with the pencil and I Love it! It was a perfect match. My aging skin needed this. It spreads so nicely and I just use my fingers. Lasted all day.
I like the companies that sell little sample sizes of foundation so a person can buy several sample sizes to test at home which is the best tone. Going by a selfie or a quiz for me has not worked at all. For someone like me with a ton of freckles it has always been easier to actually test a product on me. Makes me hesitate to spend $$ on a full sized product.
I love this foundation, it gives me a natural look without looking overly made up on the days I want just medium coverage. It’s rich so a little goes a long way, on days when I want a bit more coverage I’ll go over my t zone with a powder. I also have the balm but am still getting used to it. But so far I love this product line
I absolutely love WTF!! I took the quiz on the website and got perfectly color matched. My face feels amazingly soft the next day. I don't wear foundation that often, especially in summer, but this hasn't bothered me too much with it feeling thick and making me sweat. It does feel a bit tacky though, so I wonder if I'm putting to much on? I use the Miracle Balm as a blush. Don't really understand the purpose of it if that's what is not for. Next I'm going to order the Neutralizer pencil, Face pencil, and Miracle Balm in Pinky Bronze. This stuff is genius for a 60 year old with super dry skin! Thanks Bobbi❤
Your video shows you trying multiple colors to pick your shade. Where can I find a store so I can do the same? The pictures on your site are not very clear to me.
So, you are suggesting that the foundation is adequate without the miracle bomb? I think we need a tutorial that goes through the entire process, E. G. Foundation, miracle, bomb, blush on cheeks, face, pencil, eyeliner, and eyebrows. I know I need that. And is a brush used only for applying the foundation?
Brushes can be used for any part of the process. Initial application, blending, etc. we suggest trying your routine a few different ways to see what works for you. No right answers 😊
I got color matched to Medium, the undertone was right but it was too dark. The next lightest shade is Beige which leans a bit cooler. I don't have a perfect color match in this line but it's sheer enough that you can get away with it (for reference I wear Haus Labs 110, Mac around NC20)
I'm wondering the same. My skin is quite fair, cool olive (a bit darker than Julianne Moore). I've given up on finding an actual match - instead, I choose a neutral foundation and mix some LA Girl blue color corrector in.
I have a question that I REALLY hope someone can answer for me. I bought these products (foundation, miracle balm and cleansing stick) and they came with a very strong smell and when applied my face looked really greasy and nothing like the videos I've seen. Does this have to do with the fact that I live in the Dominican Republic and there is very humid weather here all the time? Or is there something I am doing wrong?
Update: i got mine last week and it's fantastic ❤ it does mute the red. So many makeup brands actually made my face redder! Allergies? Rough application? IDK but I ❤ Jones Road.
Good morning! I am a new customer to Jones Road and purchased two Miracle Balms. WTFoundation also has my eye. My question is this: What is the scenario in which I would wear both WTFoundation and Miracle Balm at the same time? Thank you!
Pamela Anderson is going make-up free these days and she would really benefit from "What the Foundation" and "Miracle Balm". She's taken the "make-up free" look too literal. With such a beautifully shaped face & features, it's hard to see her go all or nothing. Especially now with so many engagements. I think she'd get that clean look without it being heavy handed. A brow reshaping would really update her look. Hence we could add her to the list of amazing women who influence the next generation and inspire by aging gracefully.
This video was not at all helpful to understanding HOW to select a shade for people who don’t know what ‘cooler’ and ‘warmer’ means in terms of skin colors.
Not very helpful at all. Your advice is to look in the mirror and decide if you have cool undertones or warm undertones? Exactly how do you determine that? What criteria do you use to decide? Absolutely USELESS.
I ordered this foundation and my foundation has these balls . I ended up throwing it away . Unfortunately I didn't contact Customer service because I heard other customers talking about it. I. 47 and would have loved to keep trying this foundation but I couldn't get past the uneven cream. I'm a foundation fanatic and I hope I'm not missing out on anything. Is it possible to have one sent to me to try again ? I love the miracle balm. I use that for highlighting over powder!
I threw mine to the garbage because it went bad barely touched in less than a year. I used it only once. Never got it to work and the strong herbal fragrance gave me headaches. I love Bobbi and now that they released a lighter shade I’ll probably give it a second try.
I had a similar experience with an order of WTF. I followed the return procedure through customer service and sent them a picture of the product code on the jar. They sent me a new one immediately, did not have to mail the old one back. I love WTF and the video is definately correct a little goes a long way and its not full coverage, just evens out the skin while giving it a boost of moisture.
So sad, it sounded good! The foundation is like tinted Vaseline! Greasy. Had a couple of friends try it, and they highly recommended me to Send it back. 😮
WTF is a tinted moisture balm meets traditional foundation. Blends seamlessly into the skin-leaving you with an even, fresh complexion that looks like your skin on its best day. WTF includes skin-nourishing ingredients like Jojoba Oil and Sodium Hyaluronate; works flawlessly with the Face Pencil and offers buildable, light-medium coverage!

love to hear this! 💕 Thank you for sharing!

Could you please do a video here showing the swatches? It’s very difficult for a pale person to find the right shade.

I apply WTF over a tinted sunscreen and love it!!

Yes, great idea. This video is in the works!

I love my W.T.F!!! My skin is dry and I wear the Almond shade.❤
Very helpful ❤,xxx
When should sunscreen be applied?
What is the best color for light skin with an olive undertone? (Most foundation colors are too bright yellow, too orange, or too dusky pink on me)

My skincolor is like that and I use Ivory as my winter color and Beige in summer when I am lightly tanned.
This is my favorite Jones Road product! My shade is Light ❤
I absolutely love, love, love my WTF ❤️💗❤️! I’m giving away all my other cosmetics to my niece. Only Jones Road for me. Love it so much. 🦋
Where does sunscreen application come in in this process?
Does it have sunscreen in it? What about parabens?
How does this work with my SPF? I am “wrecking” the effect of WTF if I apply SPF first?
What store sells it? I’d rather buy it in person.
This is such a great foundation
I have no idea what cool and warm undertones mean! Help!

It smells!
Does it cover red apple cheeks? The rest of my face is the shade 8 crayon.
I found the answer on your website 😂

Do you get the brushes with the foundation
All brushes are sold separately so you can pick and choose what works best for you.

It’s in the video. The Miracle Balm is after the WTF.
I use it under as a moisturizer and a primer ( use au natural). Then a small amount as bronzer in one of the bronzer shades.

Did not work for me at all. I need full coverage

I, too, had little balls in the product. I should follow the return protocol for a new one.
@@rosamariav_09 that herbal scent bothered me as well.

Very disappointed, foundation adds no color or coverage, feels greasy.
It's gross to be dipping into a product with anything.
You can just wash the tool that you are using.
This is more like a tinted moisturizer. Does not give full coverage, sheer tint that gives a healthy glow.
Yes, she says in the video that it's not intended to be full coverage.

I don't understand women, especially young women, slathering layer after layer of makeup. Your skin is a living organ and needs to breathe!
