I was worried this video would be disturbing for no good reason after seeing the preview on Instagram of barbies bleeding out their eyes. I initially felt disappointed because I've thought this song was so beautiful and made me imagine scenes of nature. After watching the full video, the scene feels more justified. Still not fun to watch, but I see how it was part of the journey from little girl in pink, to loss of innoscense, to tough woman who needs to face her demons head on to keep going. At least that's how I interpreted it. It was a powerful video, and as always, stellar music.

As adults, we understand that we all carry demons within us, shaped by feelings of hate, fear, and other negative emotions. Hi i want to use a song for an islandic drone video. Its non commercial but the channel itself is monetarized (But of course this video not, it will be monitarized from youtube automatically to your band). my target is only to show beautiful Iceland from above with beatiful music from an icelandic band. Is a non commercial licence ok in this case?
the video seems angrier/ more violent than most Sigur Ros I've seen... not speaking Icelandic it's hard to know if there are lyrics that support all the visual tension.
While I have always loved Sigur Ros's music, some of their more recent videos have perplexed me? Why the vapid, enraged, and frankly ugly characters in their videos? Some of it seems to point to a demonic possession, like in parts of this video and Ovedur specifically. I don't understand the need for such stark ugliness and shock.
