For me, sometimes it's the anticipation that makes a song for me. A good album is made better when I know what I love about it, and I can appreciate the parts that I love all the more when I reach them. Discovered this album a couple weeks ago, and it's only now, after listening to it several times, that I can anticipate those parts that I want to hear and love them when they come. I wonder what that says about me and life?
From 12:10 we can hear children's choir from "varúð". Somewhere near 26:49 bassline from "ekki múkk" starts. I can even hear Jónsi's vocal later, but it is so quiet, so that I am not sure, if it is really there. And, finally, we have a beautiful version of "dauðalagið" on 37:30, that lasts 13 minutes. Maybe somebody has found something else?

As good as the previous Liminal, maybe slightly better, if at all possible! Certainly beats any music produced for mass consumption this year, an antidote to the banality of tired formulas that all sound the same, this is what proper music is all about, coming from the heart, graceful and dark at the same time, not cheese infested auto tuned wank that is all the rage now, give me sigur ros and their honesty any day! I love you my sigur ros, thank you for existing! xxx

I love what you are doing and i suppose i always will. In my opinion, you are bringing together both music and nature quite well. When i listen to your music, i embrace myself and what i mean is not just accepting myself in all way but beyond that. You guys are doing a very good job!
