I used to have a plastic CYMA when I just got into the sport. It was great and lasted for a few years and surprisingly it was outshooting a lot of the other high end guns on the field. They really are just the best beginner guns, cant say enough good things about them.
This is so true, and also the most fun I have ever had was with cheap guns, that i did not Care that much about. So just when you are out of ammo just drop them and go for the sidearm 😄
Yep me too payd 80quid for it and i hammerd it for 3 years and changed nothing. Still to this day i use it with with original buking. Take no notice of the cyma haters
Great vid. People are quick to say the platinum line is crap due to the contacts. I would switch to perun hybrid anyways but good to know 350fps and 11.1 will save the contacts for a while. Thanks!
If at all possible I would get the regular M4 version of this just so I can use M4 mags since they are more readily available. Also the mosfet is crap.
I’ve had 2 and only one crapped out, I think the newest year of them is better I’ve put arround 20-30k rounds thru one and no issues, it either works or it’s a fluke.

bought the full metal body version of this gun, threw a gate aster and a new VFC motor in it and it shoots like a dream.
can you do the part 2 video? very interested in what it can do with some new parts

This is CM.650b, It is not platinum. The CM.650b goes for about $160. It's a cyma sport.
I have this exact one and it doesnt feed properly, i'm pretty sure its not a mag problem but a problem with the gun how can i fix this

Depends on how cold the weather is, when the temp drops below 0 the plastic becomes brittle, and might break

The CYMA Platinum ETU/mosfets are junk. I've owned 3 and not one lasted over 5,000 shots before the electronics crapped out.
