I signed as a guarantor for one of my friends who didn't pay the dues on time for the loan. This is affecting my CIBIL score and I am unable to avail any loan for my personal use.
Is this valid or can this be reported as an issue?
Unfortunately it is valid. If your friend did pay dues and is wrongly reported, then it can be raised. But it’s a minor issue as long as your friends loan doesn’t become NPA
