Mini Schnauzers are SO clever!!!😍 I had one for 15 years, and he was the CALMEST dog I knew! Best camping buddy and sweetheart! I now have two 4 year old brothers from the same litter, and they are more energetic, but has the same intelligence. One is a runt like our first, and the other is bigger and "textbook" Mini Schnauzer! If he gets into trouble, the little one argues his case and fight for 'clemency' for his brother lol!!! I would never get another type of dog, welll... a labradoodle maybe, maybe...😁

Great video. Kudos for taking the time. Our male Mini "Rookie" just turned 9 Christmas day and our little 23 pound man is the joy of our lives. My wife calls him, "The Little Prince" for the way we take care of him. Take good care of Chumpie, I truly believe they are far and away the best breed ever. We probably should have called him Velcro, because he never leaves my side. One thing about Mini's, they NEED to be part of your life. Good stuff and thanks! Dan
My 10 year old mini schnauzer is still afraid of going down the stairs! And can't jump down from anything that's more than a foot high. Silly ol' dog... but we still love him!
I've seen this happen with kittens and puppies. If they come up it's like "so fun, look at me climb" but when it's time to go down it's "I'm so high up, How did I get up here?!"
I have two minis, one boy (Toby) just like Chumpie and my girl Tavy, black with a bit of silver. She has Cushing too and proteinuria but has done so well, she's been on meds since age seven and is now eleven and still fine. I shall be heartbroken when they finally leave me, they are a joy every day.
We have a schnauzer she is the cutest thing EVERRR Her beard always gets messy because it gets very long but when she has it cut it's nice and clean :) I know this is late but I hope Chumpie has a good life with you lovely people. Eva is my schnauzers name
What cute little guy. My wife and I are going to get one eventually. I grew up with them and refuse to have any other dog. I'm just undecided on what color to get because there seem to be more varieties now then when I was growing up.

Very easy to train as well, very social and territorial. Best doggies ever! They also are automatically seen as best in the shows in dog contents.
