If you’re a casual gamer just trying to have fun, don’t get it. It’s really only good for very competitive gamers that play cod, apex, Fortnite, etc. I do play cod and although it does improve my skill a bit, it really isn’t worth the $200. Remember, gaming is supposed to be a fun hobby so don’t just get these expensive controllers if all you want is to be better at a game.
I got one, but as a casual gamer, i didn't think it was worth the extra cash. Also i think worth mentioning i got stick drift rather quickly and had to replace them, but the controller that came with the ps5 still in perfect condition despite more hours of use.
@@UndefeatedEagle I ended up buying on Shopee(something like aliexpress) for 4 bucks a set for changing the piece myself. And I order the one with hall effect and since then I dont have any issues. I just couldn't be bothered to wait a week for sony to fix such a minor issue every time, even if it breaks again I would be able to fix it in 15 mins probably
Honestly I wish people that review products actually use it before they do review especially when it says long term review both I bought mine a year ago one of my sticks fall off all the time, both of my back button inputs broke internally within months of getting it, and the grip is coming off the handles. It has great features for sure I just wish they were built to last
I’ve had 2 since launch. The only 2 cons are battery life (knew that coming in that’s why I got 2) & the back padding at the bottom of the controller starts to lift just a bit. Other than that.. FANTASTIC
If it was $100 cheaper I might have bought it. Who the fuck thinks a few extra buttons and interchangeable thumbsticks are worth triple the price? This one also gets stick drift btw, and the thumb sticks are out of stock 95% of the time. They don’t care about the players, if they did it wouldn’t be so hard to claim your warranty for stick drift.
my first time watching your video...what a great job I really enjoyed and learned so much about this controller its over $300 au here.i am a huge huge Mando fan and I just love the way you have displayed the control with Mando and Grogu .I. am going to like and subscribe keep up the great work 😀
Idk if any1 else has this problem but I've bought 2 Pro controllers and both have a problem with drift the thing is I buy brand new analogues replace them and I still have a problem it's like a system error in the controller where it makes the controller move on its own out of no where similar to drift
The adaptive triggers do not work if you adjust the settings. You obviously don’t know what adaptive means. It even tells you in the menus it says if you adjust the triggers haptics no longer works
I mean he said the haptic feedback works he never said that changing the trigger function would stop the adaptive triggers. So yes you’re right but he never said what you’re complaining about.
As long as the stick drift can be managed idgaf. The regular ps5 controller is a piece of junk stick drift over and over. 5 controllers in since day one on ps5 and stick drift on each one.

Will YOU be getting the PS5 Pro Dualsense Controller?
No.
yes
Rubber grip on the back is getting bubbles and becomes yellowish after 3 months of use..(I always play with clean hands..)
You r gripping it to hard and when your hands sweat you should wipe it off

I'm always a casual gamer. Back then. They're no such thing as shooter competitive gamers. Back in the days we have mostly arcade fighting competitive
but I hear that this controller is good also for single player games like gow ragnarok
@@oldschoolgamer6427 it can help but I don’t see why anyone would drop $200 bucks on a controller to improve their skill in a single player game.

You got stick drift on even on the edge ? This is the main reason I want to buy this one, so I dont have to deal with it anymore

Does it have the same insanely short lifespan due to stick drift?
You can change the thumbstick modules.

Have you tried using different aftermarket sticks to see if it stays on?
For boss fights I have one of the 4 presets to turn off L3 so I don't panic press it since L3 is sometimes the jump button.
I literally do the same 😂 especially for Jedi Survivor lol

I wish they used more premium materials like the Xbox elite controller. At $200 I want it to feel premium.
I agree my elite feels like quality
Is it better, worse, or equal to a Scuff controller ???
Which one should someone buy and why?
Scuff sucks because it'll get a horrible stick drift 6 months into it's life and it isn't fixable unlike on this controller.
I want it Just bc of r6. Crouch peeking is a must on siege and i really miss the dualshock 4 attachment
Do you have it if so did it help you in r6? Cause i reslly want one for r6 to snd im tryna hit champ
Tell me please. The back Trigger (R3, L3) are they detectable in Steam? Can I map them?
Thanks in advance
Aren't r3 and l3 the sticks?
You ever figure out the answer for this question?
@@Guttabee Yeah. Everything is fully detected. Every button is mappable. The backpaddles too.

Is there a TouchPad in dual sense?
If it wasn’t for the battery i would had buy it
I am about to buy this so i jst want to know how is the input delay is it fast enough for games like cod bruh
I use it for apex and it's pretty fast just like the regular dualsense. If you want exact numbers I'm pretty sure Gamer Heaven has them on his reviews
