We use RESTYABOARD for Productivity. We tried a few others but eventually decided to go with them. Cool UI and easy to use. A free alternative to Trello.

Thank you so much for your tutorials/free board. I am learning to be more organised now. Can you please advise which font are you using in your boards? For example the font used for Admin/youtube/fennels/web/fb ads at 6.23 time signature. Thanks

Thank you so much Kimberly for the video, I Started using Trello a while ago because of one of your videos, since then I got ideas of how I can use it to boost my work. I really like to see how we can manage daily routine tasks on work, also, a personal way to boost productivity in personal level. really appreciate the effort you put into these videos ♥

Great video! I like this method a lot vs doing it by date or just "tasks and done". I also like "Todoist" for repeating tasks, especially those on weird schedules.

Great info, just strarted building a team but came across an issue in sharing. I tried sharing info with my team but after sharing one it doesn't allow me to share others. It comes back saying that person already got access to a file on the board.

Thank you for this Tutorial and thanks in advance for your answer. I still have a question. How do you make a card repeat every week automatically after you have marked it done for the day? Example On Mondays I want to draw, Paint and Write. On Tuesdays I want to program C++, On Wednesdays I want to Use 3D and mark them done when they are done for the specific day. But then I want to have the same cards repeat next week automatically so I can go through them again. Is it possible to do this?

I do have a question/idea for a topic. First, I am so grateful to have found something that will solve my multiple tasks in a logical way! Here is my question/suggestion: Often, I put together a to do list or to do folder and then as that stacks up, I take some and put them in a misl to do, to do at night, to do at some point, to do urgent, etc. At some point, I start forgetting where I put things and eventually put them all back in one folder. What I don't want to do, is to move a task or card into a folder and forget what folder. I'd like to see if you just copy cards into other folders and maybe one or multiple folders.

Hi Kimberly, new subscriber here and really loved your video on Trello. I just started using it this year and am working through developing my own way to use it (since there are so many options). One part I keep struggling with is planning my blog and IG content using a trello board with the calendar - I would love to see how you plan out that type of content on Trello and how in advance do you plan it :)

@@KimJimenez Oh I typed a bunch of stuff... I hope you can understand it! I think if you take each thing that you showed us and actually create an individual video for it, would be amazing. Like that organizing YT workflow, Creating a Content Calendar/marketing plan, how did you use Trello to plan your wedding, How can you use Trello to set business goals. You've been using it for so long its very easy for you, but for me I need step by step in each area. How do you put all this on one calendar or do you? LOL I've got lots of questions? Thank you again!

hi kemberly good Tutorial there is few issue in trello Sometimes the color scheme gets a bit outdated, and their primary colors makes it feel a bit childish at times. I am using zentao now which has more built-in features with much better price

Lisa William Hey Lisa, totally hear your in terms of the color schemes but there are plenty of workarounds. Also, Trello is free which is a major reason why I recommend it but it’s certainly not for everyone. Glad you like that other tool. ✌🏻😀

Can a team member move a project to a different section? Will the project move show on everyones board or just on there board?

    • @KimJimenez
      @KimJimenez  5 років тому

If you give them permission to do so, yes. Everyone shares boards on Trello so the change would only affect 1-card in 1-board. :)

Trello Hygiene- how to keep it organised with a team. We use trello but our boards get quite overwhelming. Also do you have ideas for the flow of content creation in trello to scheduling? Staff members are now automatically popping content on CoSchedule rather than going through trello I think because they felt the trello step was redundant. Your content creation course was amazing (and life changing) but I never quite sorted the flow and logistics in moving content from board to Coschedule. Perhaps I need to train the staff more so they see the importance of trello as a way to sync our marketing with content more tightly?

Hello Kim - thank you for putting out this great introductory video on Trello. Can you share if Trello supports the following features and if so, put out a tutorial for us to watch and learn. Thank you in advance!
      1. Can we have a consolidated view of all outstanding/completed tasks due date/completion timestamps?
      2. Can we sent an automated email when tasks are completed/not completed?
      3. Do we have ability to search archived tasks?
      4. Can we create reports and collect metrics on the tasks completed?
