Great video! Unfortunately I couldn't find any of these. Instead of "Total cost" I found "SumUp" but it's not as good at the one you showed, couldn't find "custom fields" only "smart fields"...

Thank you Scott, as always clear end effective tutorial. Just a question. If we use a board in a team of 5/10 people what happens to the power-up? I mean if I choose the Custom fields power-up (I really like it) do the other members of the boards see those fields? Or every member of the board should have the same power-up to see those extra fields? The question is general, for every power-up and a multiple-members board Thank you Luigi
Great question. Yes, if custom fields is enabled for a board, then all other members of that board will be able to see and access that power-up. The only reason why a particular power-up may not show up for everyone is if it involves an additional subscription or for individual users to sign-up to use.

what was the custom fields powerup you actually used? the only ones I found were Amazing Fields and Smart Fields which I didn't like either of them.

They really come from both. Perhaps 60% from my own experience and then 40% from viewers and clients that I provide Trello consulting to.

On the free version of Trello you are only allowed 1 power-up per board.

Free users of Trello can have access to any power-ups. It is no longer restricted to paid users.

Hi, how you put color on custom field ?
When creating your custom field drop-down options, select the small grey square beside each drop-down option. This will allow you to select a color for each.

Is Map Powerup Removed?

hi Scott! Most of the power ups are not free in my account (time, start date, custom fields, etc) , is there any way to activate them for free?
Same here.
There is only 1 power up free per dashboard. For the rest we should take the Business class one :/
It now unlimited but some free powerup are now paid or part of the business plan. Map is now an add on for business trello
Why do I only have one of the power up ?
Free Trello users only have access to one power-up at a time.
Hi Scott and Happy Easter to you. Thanks a lot for your helpful videos. Very funny, the short answers to the questions from your kids! I am trying to decide whether to invest in Trello with Power Ups such as Placker or in Asana with GANTT or in Hive or Monday.com. This is how far I got with my research. I am looking for a reasonably priced solution for my one-woman show handling client projects as an Administrative Assistant. Features should include GANTT charts, assignment of team members to other tasks from GANTT charts, integrated communication features, easily manageable sub-tasks and dependencies, and handy overviews of different projects and resources, also of all tasks a resource is involved in to check their workload, as well as handy reporting features, incl. graphs. Is there any best solution out there or what tools would you recommend based on their best 1-3 productivity features? If I missed out on a good tool, please tell me so! Any tip is much appreciated as I am really overwhelmed by the wealth of tools and I also need a tool that is easy to learn such as Trello for a new starter with good project management experience in Admin Support. Sorry, I forgot one other question: what is the great software you are using to record your screen and voice at the same time? I am impressed by the sound quality among others. If this is an expensive tool, would you have another suggestion for me please? It would just have to be an easy to learn, intuitive tool please ;-). Thanks a lot!

Looks like Trello made Custom Fields a paid feature, and a per-workspace fee
Map is no longer free. Its an build in add-on business plan.
