Making my own IKEA vegetable cake so I don't have to buy it | Homemade with common ingredients

I love hashbrowns and that includes IKEA'S vegetable cake. What if I was craving some at home? Or have a party to prepare for? Making it will not only cost much less, it will also be an easy to impress dish.
