love love love..i have an old stool like this lid and everything..i love giving an aged or antique look to everything..even my home-made cards..love the coffee idea..tfs..huggzz
I painted, added handles & casters & use them for under bed storage. Works well. Love the mirror idea as I need a specific size/style mirror for a wall but have been unable to find it. You've made my search much easier. Thanks!
Diedra! Oh my this video is wonderful.❤ I never thought about using the step stool as a riser!! The window/mirror is beautiful. Thank you for sharing. ❤❤❤
So hard to pick a favorite but I’m totally inspired by the window/mirror project. My husband has an old window just sitting in his wood shop that would be perfect for this! Thank you for the inspiration!😊
A new shop opened in our town some new stuff and some ladies craft- I mentioned your channel, and the lady lit up and said she watches you too,she told me- you must be a crafter, lol was a fun conversation
Those were some great ideas. Loved the window/ mirror effect. The window was so cool looking n love the style of it too. Thanks for sharing how to make a mirror. ♥️♥️😊👍👍🌟🌟
You must have many thoughts even in your sleep!! I really am not good at having visions of how to make something from just looking at it! You are amazing! Love your videos
That drawer was such an awesome find Deidre and I love what you did with it. I also love the little stool with the storage in. Great idea for candle storage. You always have awesome ideas. I’ve never heard of that mirror stuff, great idea making a mirror out if the window though. I’m not a person who likes making stuff look old although I always like whatever all the crafters do to make their projects like that. I just won’t do it myself. I would however love to use that mirror spray on a window and make it look like a mirror. TFS and for the inspiration I get from your videos. I’ve tried so hard to like what everyone does now with their painted items but even back years ago when the distressing and crackle affect was in I hated it. I could never get my head around putting all that effort into painting something only to distress it or scrape the paint off lol. Old habits die hard I guess cos I still feel the same all those years later. I love all the ideas though I just do them my way, which is what crafting is all about.
Great video. My faves were the stool and mirror. More videos like this one from you, PLEASE!!! You have inspired me to go through my hoard of a stash of roadside finds and get creative. Love watching your channel.
I love the mirror effect. I loved the two smaller ones and saw an opportunity to add pictures there or some great graphics, seeing as there’s a mirror there already. It would add more interest to the whole piece. I agree cordless tools are the way to go but are sometimes too expensive.
All your projects were great. The stool was my favorite. I too have been buying Ryobi cordless power tools. My next purchase will be the circular saw. Which size did you get. The guys say that the circular saw is somewhat dangerous as it can kick back. I’m looking at the 5 1/2 inch one as I don’t plan on building a house with it!! I know the cordless saw is not quite as powerful as the corded ones therefore they are a little safer. Just wondering what size you bought. Thank you for sharing all you ideas.
I'm not a woodworking expert, but I do my share of woodworking, and I'd have bought the little shelf clips like used on many bookcases and kitchen cabinets, drilled just far enough for the pegs to be inserted. Put 2 on each side and place the shelf on top. That way, if you want to switch it up at some point, you can add more peg holes, not to mention it makes the shelf sturdier. Just a thought.
Ohhhhh,my goodness you always have such AMAZING DIYs and I love everything you create, just one question how do you ever SLOW down that creativity of yours to go to sleep at night or are you just sleepless in Canada??? lol (says the woman who is watching this at 3.07 a.m. lol O.k. time to get to bed here in Canada myself neighbor love your videos,THANK YOU for all your creativity you rock!!!!
Outstanding❤👍 Very Clever.😁 I enjoy your watching videos. Now its Time to start Doing.I had a stroke and i need to do something make money on the side. I like your Transfer videos. I'm going to start from there.👍. When i need Help I'll call on you to pull me thru.😁. Thank You 😇❤🙏
Love your upcycles as usual! If pressed I’d say the drawer was my favorite. Keeping my eyes peeled for a lonely drawer now! Do you have a link to the video where you made the absolutely awesome doorknob hanger that is visible in the last shot of the mirror? I’ve tried to unsuccessfully to find it but I know I’ve seen it before! I have a collection of doorknobs begging to turn into something similar! Thank you!!
Hon, that's not a Skill saw, it's a Circular saw. 😉 I have the Ryobi Airstrike brad nailer also. It was a bit of a learning curve for me, figuring out where those brads were going to end up, so how to align it. I had several go where I didn't want them to at first. 😁 I have an old drawer that I got for $3 from Habit Restore, but had no idea what to do with it. Love what you did with yours. I love all of these projects, don't really have a favorite. Thank you!
Oh right! I forget you're in Canada so you guys sometimes have different names for things than we do here in the U.S. Sorry. It does the job. That's the important part. 😁@@OurUpcycledLife
I don’t mean this to sound rude or anything like that but when you say side of the road does that mean that it was going to be picked up by trash? Any time you say side of the road I imagine you are just walking by and suddenly there these marvelous pieces 😂 I love your creations and your channel you truly have a talent!!!❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Thank you for the video but it had me wondering. If anyones tried it, does the vinegar and water trick work with other spray paints for effect making or does it react badly?
Love your vision. Envy your imagination. Would love to see you do some non toxic crafts. Just about every product comes in a less toxic form. Most spray paint I see is vile. Respirators do not really help the yard or skin. thanks though for the ideas!!

All the projects are amazing. I thought you'd upholster the seat with new fabric. But, the stained wood was perfect. I loved that transformation.
Thanks so much!

Hello there!🇨🇦
Love all 3😍
Thanks for watching ! Glad you enjoyed
YOU ARE AWESOME. I actually liked them all. Hard to pick!
Yay! Thank you!
Drawer turned out cute fyi.. you could also make the shelves narrower to have your trim piece flush with the drawer.
Yes that trim was an after thought

I have that same stool. I was going to put new fabric on it, now I'm not sure! ❤
Thanks for watching
Nice on the window! I wonder how that mirror paint would do in say.. repairing an old mirror that has the actual look you were achieving? Hmm...?
Not sure have not tried that

Sometimes people will put good stuff they don’t want anymore at side of road hoping someone will pick up and recycle.
Thank you for the video but it had me wondering. If anyones tried it, does the vinegar and water trick work with other spray paints for effect making or does it react badly?
No it doesn’t work well
@@OurUpcycledLife thanks for answering
