    I bought one with only 2 pseudobulbs. Will this make too much of a difference :(

      no it just takes a bit longer to recover from transplant shock and it might not flower till the following year 👌

    How delicate are new root tips? Mine have new roots about 2-4 cm long and need to be repotted but I’m afraid if the bark bumps them, they will die.

      bumping them with the bark is not really a problem , you just want to make sure you dont break them . these new roots should be at the top of the media or just into it . this way you can also be careful filling the bark around them
