Hey Layne, do you have any detailed videos on digestion in general that talk in detail about myths surrounding 'Growth Hormones' or other 'chemicals' in non-organic foods and how they effect us? I would really love to know more about that subject from a trusted source. Your explanation here on how growth hormones in animals isn't a negative - is blowing my mind. Love the content sir!

Sigh, this is information you've gotten from exactly the same type of sources Layne debunks every day/week...

Well cultured forms (particularly yogurt) of A1/A2 casein milk also doesn't bother me.
Many years ago, when I stopped drinking cow milk, I switched to soy milk thinking, "this is going to be better". To my surprise and disappointment, the soy milk also made me a mucous factory, and was actually worse for gassiness and bloating.
Something I have been wondering about is the effect of full and extra fat cow milk dairy on male testosterone levels? I've heard conflicting things about it. I'm avoiding the full and extra fat versions of dairy until I see more conclusive evidence one way or another.

I would be curious to hear your thoughts on glyphosate in crops directly treated with it, rather than crops treated with it that have been consumed by a cow.

Gallon of Milk A Day (GOMAD) protocol is for extremely underweight young men who are actively training and trying to put on a lot of strength and muscular bodyweight and are currently an emaciated beanstalk full of hormones, and even then it's only mean to be done for a short period of time - maybe a couple weeks if that. It should be done in combination with heavy strength training, Pressing, Squatting, Deadlifting, when the person is a newb and is adding weight to the bar quickly during the initial linear progression. It should only be done to close the gap when someone is pitifully underweight but ready to grow FAST.
Otherwise just eat food and you'll grow fine. Don't get into the "you can never eat too much" mindset trying to get jacked. Getting really fat is unnecessary and it can creep up on you quickly.

I grew up drinking raw milk from a grade A dairy. In college I drank a gallon a day to help my skinny ass gain weight. I still like it. I was of the understanding that the hormone was not absorbed by the body.

Wrong ! At 6 min mark - "saturated fats association ". Around the world most medical institutions agree finally that there is no increase in all-cause mortality from saturated intakes. It is neutral, stable and non-inflammatory because it's not easily oxidised.

Well, I’m international student in US. I don’t have money after paying my tuition! Plus, With food inflation it’s become harder to bulk. I’m a vegetarian by religion so beef and other meat was out of question. So 1 gallon of milk a day was my best option. Been doing this for a year now. It May not be optimal. But my bulk is going without a hiccup! So Anybody who saying milk is bad can go …….
