I only watch this video because I had a grilled bamberger bratwurst in a street market in Berlin and it was the best sausage I've ever had in my whole life. Very juicy and smoky with garlic and whole caraway seeds. Really amazing.

Bamberg gets so many German tourists as they come for the beer, is famous in Germany for the incredible varieties of Amazing beer from so many small breweries, and are also extremely cheap compared to the rest of the country
Feel free to mention when you should be near the region of Altmühlfranken. Beautiful lakes, good food and cozy small cities as also the most northern Bavarian border of the Roman Empire (Limes).

I lived in Bamberg for about 11 months, in 1963 and then 10 years later I lived in Nurenberg and Ansbach for over three years and during the 10 years I was surprised to find out Bamberg celebrated it's 1,000th birthday. Also, I noticed you would no longer be able to find the German potato salad but they only had pomfrits (french fried potatoes).
Yes , I can explain why the Nuremberg sausages are very smaller than the rest of Franconians sausage is! Because in the middle ages there was a different law by the majors of Nuremberg, since it was a " freie reichsstadt" and the major of the city has forbidden to get bratwurst at night. So the butcher's built the sausage so small that you could get the sausage delivered at nighttimes as small that they could get through a key hole at this times,that is the reason why Nuremberg sausages are smaller than else in Franconia.😊
There's no such thing as a Bamberger Bratwurst but Fränkische Bratwurst. Weißwürste are actually a Bavarian thing. Those Onions are special huge ones which taste different than normal ones. It's "Schäufela". Try Kloß mit Soß 🤗

Oh come on, the Nürnberger Bratwurst is different in shape and taste from the Bamberger Bratwurst, and - quite objectively - better.
