the engine is not new, it has appeared on a Caddy and in the Silverado/Sierra
I bought a Canyon AT4 about a week ago and I really like it. I tried a Colorado ZR2 and then the AT4 and it just drove a little smoother. I went from a 2019 Canyon Denali to this and really the only thing I can say I miss is the leg room on the AT4 is a bit mor snug. Even the 4-cylinder engine (which just about every mid-size truck has now) feels close to the same power as my 6-cylinder Denali was.
I just bought a new Canyon Elevation with most optional premium packages so its a little dif than your video. You did a most excellent job of going bumper to bumper on this vehicle. Thank you. JP

power windows are all one touch down but only the drivers is one touch up and down
the electric parking brake is pull up to set and hold foot on the brake pedal and push down on the switch to unlock
GMC needs to add physical headlight on/off/auto buttons under the left vent (like most other GMC's)

No slider rear window. No tactile light "switch". No light in vanity mirrors. 12 volt outlet may be inconveniently inside center console, beneath armrest, none in dash area. GM put the driver display speedometer left, tachometer on right. That's backwards.

The 2024 GMC Canyon Elevation is a nice truck. Plenty of power , good , brakes, and tranny, and handling. The interior had nice cloth seats. I thought the interior plastic and controls and control knobs were cheaply made for such an expensive and overpriced truck especially that it is not 4wd. I do not need all the screens and tech. Just a good basic 4wd. That is all most people would want in a good 4wd truck.
Please test the new Tacoma, Ranger, Maverick, and Nissan Frontier and Dodge Dakota new small 2024 4WD trucks. I am interested in them. Jack from DFW Texas.
